• Proficiency in Apache Spark / PySpark, including query optimisation and performance tuning

Обовʼязки:

• Проєктувати та створювати масштабовані, хмарні дата-платформи від концепції до продакшену
• Реалізовувати пайплайни для майже реального часу (near-real-time ingestion) з використанням подієво-орієнтованих патернів
• Визначати та впроваджувати стандарти платформи, включно з принципами Data Lake / Lakehouse, медальйонною архітектурою та дата-контрактами

Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Plan, launch, and optimize personalized retention campaigns across the full player lifecycle: welcome, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP retention;
• Build smart player segmentation models based on behavior (FTD patterns, frequency, average bet, risk levels, etc.);
• Partner with analysts to dive into key metrics: LTV, ARPU, FTD-to-deposit ratio, retention rates, churn, GGR;
• Develop and refine bonus strategy — including FS, cashback, deposit/non-deposit promos, VIP levels — in line with geo/license limits;
• Run multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, more) with A/B testing and content variants;

• 3+ years in retention or CRM inside an online casino team;
• Deep understanding of casino business model, bonus mechanics, and key verticals (slots, live, crash, tables);
• Data-savvy: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
• You can forecast based on behavioral data and past campaign performance;
