As the Senior Field Engineer, you will run Edgerun's field engineering work in Kyiv. The work is testing: you will get units on soldiers, run the test, record what happened, get it to engineering, fix what broke, and repeat. You will keep every unit of the world's most advanced powered exoskeleton in Ukraine working, decide what gets tested and when, and be engineering's first call on anything in the field.

You will report to the Ukraine Director but work on your own, and you will lead a field engineer, with more field engineers to be hired under you. You will work closely with the international engineering team, making sure the information from the field is clean, current, and organized for engineering.

This is a hands-on role. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, be comfortable making decisions independently, and bring the energy, attitude, and ownership to build a field engineering operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run field tests, scheduling them with brigades and testers and running them alongside a field engineer
• Stay hands-on with testing, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting of electromechanical hardware
• Keep every unit in Ukraine ready before each test and fixed fast when it breaks: charge, flash, diagnose, solder, swap parts, and source parts locally
• Diagnose problems down to the board and explain them clearly to the engineering team, keep the issues feed sharp, and push fixes back out to units in the field
• Maintain strong working relationships with brigades, testers, and military users and follow issues through to resolution
• Decide what gets tested and when, including when to go out in person and when to stay at base, and work with local contacts to run tests quickly
• Keep spares, tools, diagnostic equipment, and the Kyiv field workspace organized and ready
• Keep the unit list, test tracker, and issues feed always current, and get clean test data (video, photos, logs, and notes) into the Field drive the same day
• Lead the field engineer: set clear daily objectives, check the work, and help them get better, as more field engineers are hired under you
• Build simple processes for testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication
• Work closely with the international engineering team to keep information flowing between the field and engineering
• Take ownership of problems and make fast, practical decisions without waiting for detailed direction

Basic Qualifications

• Has run hardware in the field before as the person responsible, with proven ability to build, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electronic systems and components, ideally gained through practical work with drones, UGVs, robots, radios, EW or similar hardware.
• Experience working with BLDC motors, motor controllers, actuators, lithium battery packs, sensors and wiring harnesses.
• Strong soldering and wiring skills and practical experience reading schematics, using multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools, debugging boards and flashing firmware to identify and resolve faults.
• Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical systems, interpreting CAD drawings and performing basic fabrication or mechanical modifications.
• Ability to identify root causes of hardware failures, implement practical fixes and clearly document findings for the engineering team.
• Demonstrated experience building, modifying, testing and repairing physical hardware, with concrete examples of technical accomplishments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions independently and developing processes where none exist.
• Independent: takes an objective and comes back with the result, and does not need to be told twice.
• Organized and precise, and finishes the data before leaving the test.
• Has led one or two people before.
• Willing to grind: full days in the shop and in the field, and weekends when a brigade can only test on a weekend.
• Comfortable with soldiers and command.
• Working English for daily collaboration with international engineers and fluent Ukrainian for communication with local teams and military operators.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kyiv, able to work on-site and travel to field testing locations when required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Military service or extensive direct work with military units (a strong plus)
• Firmware familiarity: reading logs, flashing controllers, basic scripting for data capture

How We Work

Hardware reaches real operators within days of concept, not months, and firmware updates ship over the air every one to two weeks. We are a directed team with one owner per category.

Additional Requirements

Location: Kyiv, full time, at the field office and wherever the tests are
Travel: Across the country, including near contested areas
Hours: Full days in the shop and in the field, and weekends when a brigade can only test on a weekend
Start: As soon as possible, with a two-week paid trial

Important: We expect AI tools to be part of your daily workflow. Candidates who primarily rely on traditional development approaches and do not actively use modern AI coding tools are unlikely to be a good fit for this role.

Are you an AI-driven Full Stack Engineer who uses modern AI tools to build faster, ship faster, and solve complex problems more efficiently?

• Build and maintain Telegram-based products and AI assistants
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, and other Developers
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous platform improvements
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all platform components

Work Experience

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience

Why we exist:

Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large, coordinated teams — no pilots needed. Our technology has been battle-tested in Ukraine — the world’s most intense proving ground for drone warfare.

In March 2026, we became the first Ukrainian defense startup to go public on NASDAQ, following a $15M Series A — the largest investment in a Ukrainian defense tech company since the start of the war.

Working at Swarmer means operating at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality. The problems and environments are complex, and the stakes are very real. We built this software to enable democratic nations to defend themselves.

If you are motivated by building resilient systems that matter and by seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll find purpose here.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to support our sales team in building strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners. In this role, you will coordinate the implementation of our software solutions in the defense technology sector and make sure customers, partners, and internal teams work together effectively.

This is a great role for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

What you’ll do:

• Drive end-to-end sales efforts through active engagement with current clients and prospective partners.
• Identify defense expos, industry conferences, and global events, maintaining our strategic engagement schedule and partnering with our Global Communications Team.
• Serve as a representative at high-level meetings, field exhibitions, and defense summits alongside leadership.
• Draft compelling tailored pitch decks, technical proposals, and commercial collateral for potential partners and customers.
• Facilitate seamless cross-functional alignment between engineering specialists, product teams, and defense partners.
• Oversee active deployment timelines, ensuring clear communication channels and updates across all key stakeholders.
• Manage CRM data integrity, maintain detailed account records, and deliver precise commercial performance metrics.
• Execute ad-hoc operational priorities to accelerate business growth and advance our broader strategic goals.

What we need:

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Advanced English (C1) or higher.
• A genuine interest in defense technology, UAVs, robotics, or other high-tech products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to quickly learn technical aspects of the product and collaborate closely with the engineering team.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working in the miltech or defense tech industry.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Basic understanding of the UAV market and defense technologies.
• Experience participating in tenders or working with government organizations.
• Experience representing a company at international exhibitions, conferences, or industry events.
• German, French, Polish, Baltic, Scandinavian, or other European language skills.

What you’ll get:

• Opportunity to build purpose-driven software that safeguards lives and advances defense technology.
• Fast-paced, high-stakes environment where your contributions yield immediate, tangible impact on the frontline.
• Agile, highly skilled team driven by engineering rigor and mission-critical goals.
• Attractive compensation package including 20 paid vacation days, comprehensive health insurance, and paid sick leave.
• Flexible working arrangements depending on operational and security requirements.

What the hiring process looks like:

✔️ Recruiter Screen → ✔️ Test Task → ✔️ Interview with the Team → ✔️ Skip-level Interview → ✔️ Security Check → ✔️ Offer

Ready to Apply?

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team for a long-term project.

Project

A SaaS-based, data-driven eCommerce platform built on AI-powered, fully cloud-native technology for the North American market.

Responsibilities

• Build and own services across the pipeline — ingestion API, validation, stream processing, adapters, serving API.
• Build the UI layer — dashboards and embedded analytics — on top of the data you modelled.
• Make it operable: idempotent ingest and replay, deduplication, provenance, tracing, data-quality checks, tenant isolation, GDPR handling.
• Use AI coding tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, and testing.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices while maintaining established coding standards and version control processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years building production services in the cloud as a backend engineer
• Strong in at least one backend language (Java/Kotlin or Go, TypeScript/Node, Python) and comfortable working with JavaScript/TypeScript on the front end (React or similar).
• Real experience with event-driven systems: message queues or streams (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis), schema evolution, at-least-once delivery, idempotency.
• Microservices architecture — designing and operating independently deployable services with clear API boundaries.
• Solid SQL and data modeling — you can design a warehouse schema and reason your decisions.
• Cloud-native delivery: containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and monitoring.

• You care about data correctness and can explain a metric's definition to a non-engineer.

Nice to Have

• Snowflake and dbt.
• Azure (also GCP/AWS — we're multi-cloud by design).
• AI experience
• Looker or another semantic/BI layer, embedded analytics.
• Clickstream or product analytics: web-beacons/tags, sessionization, attribution models.
• E-commerce, search, recommendations, or merchandising domain experience.
• Privacy and compliance work (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Experience with eventual consistency systems.

We Offer

• Full-time remote position
• Long-term project
• Opportunity to work with modern cloud-native and AI-powered technologies
• Friendly and professional international team

Responsibilities:

1. Ownership

Be the analytics counterpart for a product domain 1:1 chat, content packs, negotiations, live streaming — you become the person PMs and engineers come to for any number in that area, and the person accountable when it's wrong.

2. Experiments

Run A/B tests on product features, end to end Turn a product hypothesis into a test: primary and secondary metrics, the minimum effect worth detecting, and the audience. Confirm the population split and assignment events are genuinely correct before trusting the readout. Monitor it while it runs, then deliver a clear ship / don't-ship call and the reasoning behind it. This is a large part of the job, not an occasional project.

3. Pipelines

Build and maintain the datasets behind your domain Write production transformations as SQL and YAML pipeline config, with freshness, uniqueness and validity checks. Your work goes through code review like any engineer's.

4. Events

Specify instrumentation before it's built Write the BI event spec for new features across Android, iOS and Web; then verify after release that events actually fire the way the spec said, and chase the gaps when they don't.

5. Dashboards

Own dashboards and the models under them

Including retiring the ones nobody opens. A dashboard with no reader is a cost, not an asset.

6. Analysis

Investigate what moved and why Revenue and conversion anomalies, feature performance, behavioural questions from PMs. Present findings to people who will act on them.

7. Incidents Size production incidents under time pressure When something breaks, you're asked how many users were affected and for how long — quickly, and precisely enough to defend the number when engineering disagrees with it.
8. Cost Keep query and pipeline cost honest Partitioning, clustering, and knowing why a query scans what it scans. Warehouse capacity is shared and finite; an expensive pipeline is everyone's problem.

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL, including window functions and multi-source joins — and the ability to reason about what a query costs, not only whether it returns.
• A strong experimentation background. Hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power and minimum detectable effect — and the failure modes: peeking at a running test, multiple comparisons, hunting for a segment where the result works. You should also be the kind of person who checks that the experiment itself is sound before trusting its numbers.
• 3+ years as a product or data analyst on consumer products, with real exposure to both mobile and web.
• Critical use of AI analytics tooling. We use an internal Claude-based layer over BigQuery heavily. We want someone who checks what it produces before passing it on.
• Comfort shipping code: git, merge requests, reading and reviewing someone else's SQL. You'll write production pipeline code, not only notebooks and queries.
• Working knowledge of product event tracking: what a well-specified event looks like, and why the same event behaves differently across platforms.
• English at B1 or above. You'll write specifications that engineers build from and present findings to product stakeholders, so clear written English matters more than fluent speech.

Strong advantage

• BigQuery specifically — partitioned tables, clustering, slot-based pricing.
• Airflow, dbt, or another orchestrated transformation framework.
• Having been the analyst on a production incident, not only in the post-mortem.

Nice to have

• Python with the usual statistical libraries — pandas, scipy, stats models.
• A BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI — having built the models and dashboards, not only read them. We use Looker today but are moving off it, so the particular tool matters much less than having done the work in one.
• Data quality tooling such as Soda or Great Expectations.
• Experience in social, live-streaming, gaming or another engagement-driven consumer product.

Mailkeeper. It is a SaaS solution designed to improve user retention and increase overall product revenue through email marketing, push notifications, and PWA channels.

Mailkeeper team integrates directly into products and provides a full cycle of email processes – from developing email strategies and testing hypotheses to optimizing email logic and managing sender reputation using its own email marketing service.

You will:

• Lead a portfolio of external partners: their email metrics and revenue are your numbers, and you decide what to do with them;
• Find growth points in the data yourself, form hypotheses, run A/B tests and experiments, and bring the ones that work to production;
• Decide what each partner needs next: which campaigns, segments, or integrations to push, and drive those decisions with partners and our internal team;
• Catch problems before partners do: track sending volumes, deliverability, and revenue, and act on anomalies the same day.
• Ship technical changes end to end: from a partner's request to a specced task, a release, and a verified result;
• Build the direction's processes and documentation so that onboarding a new partner is repeatable, not heroic.

We'll have a match if you:

• 1+ year in a commercial B2C product company as PM / PO / Growth / CRM / Retention manager, with a metric you personally owned and can show as "from A to B"
• Proactivity: you generate your own hypotheses and push things forward without waiting to be asked;
• Analytical mindset: you form the question yourself, go to the data, and build decisions on numbers;
• Strong communication skills: you can run partner communication independently and drive discussions to decisions;
• AI: you have built something repeatable with AI (an agent, automation, or pipeline), not just used chat tools;
• Basic technical literacy: you understand what an API is and can speak the same language as developers;
• English: Upper Intermediate.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with email marketing / retention channels.
• Understanding of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation).
• Experience with Jira and sprint-based development processes.

About us
Next Dialog automates business communication with AI. Our omnichannel platform handles customer conversations across phone, SMS and messaging: answering questions, booking appointments, qualifying leads and syncing everything to the CRM, 24/7. Our clients range from HVAC installers and real estate brokerages to dental clinics, logistics and energy companies across Poland, Germany, the rest of Europe and the US. We're a small, product-focused team working at the intersection of AI and communication automation, and we're hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to own our AI systems from architecture to live production.

The role
You own AI systems end to end, from architecture to live production. You will:

• Build harnesses: test and eval harnesses for LLM and voice pipelines, simulated conversations, and regression suites that catch quality drops before clients see them
• Instrument what ships: tracing of LLM and agent calls (prompts, tool calls, tokens, cost, latency), quality monitoring and regression alerts in production
• Design and build microservices: new services and integrations that fit into a platform running in production, including MCP servers and tools for our agents and internal tooling
• Optimize AI pipelines: latency, cost, accuracy, and reliability, measured with real metrics
• Automate everything repetitive: checks, deployments, agent setup, and routine ops, using scripts, agents, and MCP tooling
• Design for safety and privacy: prompt injection, PII handling, call-recording consent, human approval for irreversible actions
• Own live production: monitor, debug, and fix real campaigns running real calls

What the role is not

• Not a research role. No model training from scratch, no TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Not a prompt-only role. Prompts are one tool among evals, tracing, integrations and ops.
• Not a frontend role. React/Next.js is in the stack, but it is not where you will spend your days.

Our stack
TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js · Retell AI, LiveKit, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Twilio · Gemini/Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic · Langfuse / OpenTelemetry-style tracing · GCP, Terraform, Docker · Cursor, Claude Code, MCP

Must have

• 4+ years of engineering experience in any server-side language, with a strong track record of designing, running and supporting microservice architectures in live production
• Production experience with LLMs: prompting, structured output, tool calling, RAG, evals
• Experience building test or eval harnesses and automating pipelines
• Experience with LLM observability: tracing prompts, tool calls, tokens, cost and latency, and using traces to find and fix regressions
• AI-native workflow: you do most of your tasks through AI agents and know how to build context for them
• Hands-on experience with MCP: you have built or wired MCP servers and tools, not only used them
• Strong SQL: comfortable analysing call and campaign data in PostgreSQL
• Experience with real-time or webhook-driven systems
• You design for safety and privacy: prompt injection, PII, consent, guardrails
• English B2+

Nice to have

• Voice AI experience (Retell, Vapi, LiveKit, Pipecat, telephony, SIP/WebRTC, streaming audio, STT/TTS, turn-taking and interruptions, latency tuning)
• Past experience as a team or tech lead
• Forward deployed or solutions engineering experience at a startup
• GCP, Terraform, on-prem deployments

2. Interview
3. Decision

If you know how to keep players engaged, bring inactive users back, and make every campaign serve a clear business goal, we want to hear from you. 🚀

📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM / Retention Manager who can take ownership of the CRM strategy and customer lifecycle across our iGaming products.

This role goes beyond setting up campaigns. You'll build automated customer journeys, develop personalized retention and reactivation mechanics, optimize bonus spend, and test new approaches to improve player engagement and business performance.

You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Content teams to turn hypotheses into campaigns, measure their impact, and scale what actually works.

🔨 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CRM / retention strategy for our iGaming products.
• Build and optimize the entire customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
• Design automated CRM campaigns and customer journeys based on player behavior, lifecycle stages, and business goals.
• Segment audiences and personalize communications to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Develop and test retention and reactivation mechanics, offers, and bonus strategies.
• Explore and implement tailored approaches for Tier-1 GEOs.
• Work across CRM channels, including Email, Push Notifications, SMS, In-app messaging, and AI Calls.
• Manage bonus economics and collaborate with Analytics to understand bonus effectiveness, optimize costs, and maximize business impact.
• Develop and implement gamification mechanics to drive player engagement and retention.
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests for communications, offers, bonuses, gamification mechanics, and automated CRM flows.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on business KPIs, including retention, NGR, bonus rate, ARPPU, and unsubscribe rate.
• Identify the root causes of declining player activity and develop hypotheses to prevent churn and reactivate users.
• Take ownership of new ideas from hypothesis development and validation to implementation, testing, and optimization.
• Make quick HTML edits to CRM templates and ensure campaigns display correctly across channels.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Content teams to deliver effective CRM initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within iGaming.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
• Experience designing and managing automated CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience with audience segmentation and personalized communications.
• Understanding of CRM channels, including Email, Push Notifications, SMS, and In-app messaging.
• Experience with retention and reactivation mechanics, promotional offers, and bonus campaigns.
• Understanding of bonus economics and the ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness from a business perspective.
• Experience planning A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign results into actionable improvements.
• Understanding of key metrics such as LTV, churn rate, retention rate, reactivation rate, ARPPU, NGR, and bonus rate.
• Experience working with HTML and making edits to email templates.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and turn ideas into measurable results.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

🎯 It Will Be a Plus

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, Reteno, or OneSignal.
• Experience with advanced segmentation and behavioral targeting.
• Hands-on experience with AI Calls / voice CRM.
• Experience designing gamification mechanics, such as shops, loot boxes, prize wheels, and other interactive features.
• Experience working with VIP and high-value players.
• Experience with Tier-1 GEOs.
• Strong understanding of bonus economics and experience optimizing promotional budgets.
• Ability to identify hidden reasons behind declining player activity and develop effective retention strategies.

• Experience building CRM processes and infrastructure from scratch or scaling existing setups.

• Resolve blockers by bringing the right people together, getting decisions, and escalating when needed.
• Coordinate work across development, QA, design, marketing, sales, and support.
• Work with marketing and sales to understand customer needs, market demand, and objections raised during the sales process.
• Turn feedback from prospects, customers, and internal teams into product improvements.
• Coordinate product launches and make sure marketing and sales understand what is being released, who it is for, and why it matters.
• Help prepare accurate product messaging, demos, release notes, and sales materials.
• Keep customer commitments aligned with the product roadmap and the team’s delivery capacity.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, delays, and next steps.
• Establish practical processes for planning, delivery, acceptance, and releases.
• Verify that delivered features work as expected and meet the agreed requirements.

• Improve how teams work without adding unnecessary meetings or paperwork.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager in software development.
• A track record of bringing structure to teams and improving delivery.
• Experience working closely with marketing and sales in a B2B product company.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of results.
• Confidence to challenge unclear requirements, unrealistic deadlines, and missed commitments.
• Persistence in following up and getting issues resolved.
• Strong communication skills, including giving direct feedback and handling disagreements.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• A structured approach to documenting decisions and tracking commitments.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud applications, and data flows.

• English sufficient for working with international customers and writing documentation.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with IoT, B2B SaaS, or technical platforms.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing dependencies.
• Experience taking over an existing product with a large backlog and inconsistent processes.

• Experience supporting product launches, customer demos, and sales activities.

Management can rely on you to keep work moving and bring issues to resolution.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and resilient Personal / Executive Assistant to the CEO. The mission of this role is to maximise the CEO’s effectiveness by bringing structure to priorities, driving follow-through, and ensuring that important tasks, decisions and commitments are executed reliably. This is not a purely administrative position. We are looking for a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, work independently in an ambiguous environment, coordinate multiple stakeholders and take ownership of outcomes.

What you will do

Executive task and priority management

— Capture the CEO’s requests, ideas and commitments and turn them into clearly structured actions.
— Maintain an up-to-date task-management system in Trello, including owners, deadlines, statuses and next steps.
— Monitor priorities, deadlines and dependencies, proactively highlighting risks or blockers.
— Ensure that important commitments are followed through and completed on time.
— Break larger assignments into manageable milestones and make progress visible.

Calendar, meetings and follow-ups

— Coordinate the CEO’s calendar and support effective prioritisation of meetings and commitments.
— Prepare meeting agendas, materials and relevant background information.
— Organise meeting logistics when required.
— Lead the preparation process and ensure that the CEO has all necessary context in advance.
— Capture decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.
— Share clear meeting notes and next steps within the agreed timeframe.
— Follow up with internal and external stakeholders until actions are completed.

Daily communication and operating rhythm

— Prepare and lead a focused 15-minute daily meeting with the CEO.
— Communicate progress, changes and potential issues proactively.
— Escalate blockers early and always bring a recommended next step or possible solution.
— Maintain clear visibility of work without waiting to be asked for updates.

Research and executive communication

— Conduct research, collect and analyse information, and prepare concise findings for decision-making.
— Prepare reports, documents and presentations.
— Draft official emails, messages and documents on behalf of the CEO.
— Translate complex or scattered information into clear summaries, options and recommendations.
— Maintain accuracy, appropriate tone and confidentiality in executive communication.

Administrative support

— Coordinate the CEO’s business travel together with the company’s Travel Agent.
— Support the preparation of travel plans, visas and other required documentation.
— Make sure that itineraries, contacts, bookings and supporting information are complete, accurate and easily accessible.
— Support selected personal tasks when required.

Process improvement and technology

— Propose practical improvements rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
— Use AI, automation and modern digital tools to improve speed, quality and visibility.
— Learn new systems quickly and apply them to everyday work.
— When capacity is available, proactively suggest specific ways to support the CEO or improve existing processes.

What we are looking for

Professional competencies

— Systematic organisation. You create reliable systems for tasks, information, schedules and follow-ups.
— Executive task and priority management. You can turn conversations and ideas into structured actions and balance urgency, importance and deadlines.
— Proactive planning. You anticipate tasks, risks and opportunities before being asked.
— Attention to detail. You maintain accuracy while keeping speed and priorities in focus.
— Independent problem-solving. You investigate independently and bring options or solutions, not only questions.
— Adaptability. You remain calm and effective when priorities, timing or context change.
— Stakeholder communication. You can coordinate and build agreements with people at different management levels, as well as with clients and external stakeholders.
— Strong written communication. You prepare concise, accurate updates, summaries and messages with clear asks and next steps.
— Ownership of outcomes. You treat each assignment as your responsibility and follow it through to completion.
— Technology and AI fluency. You are genuinely interested in AI, automation and modern digital tools and can learn new systems quickly.
— Judgement and confidentiality. You handle sensitive personal, executive and company information with discretion.

Personal qualities

— Proactivity. You act without waiting to be reminded and propose useful next steps.
— Ownership and accountability. You take responsibility for outcomes and mistakes, resolve issues and help prevent them from recurring.
— Reliability. You create order and ensure that important details and commitments are not lost.
— Healthy ambition. You want to grow through measurable results and increasing responsibility.
— Strong internal motivation. You are motivated by completed work and meaningful results, not only by external recognition.
— Resilience and self-confidence. You can receive direct feedback without becoming defensive or losing effectiveness.
— Feedback orientation. You listen carefully, extract the useful message and apply it.
— Emotional maturity and empathy. You understand other people while maintaining perspective and professional effectiveness.
— Partner mindset. You combine support with judgement and constructive challenge rather than automatically agreeing or refusing.
— Bias to action. You move work forward through visible steps instead of waiting for perfect conditions.
— Energy for an intensive pace. You can prioritise, stay composed and deliver consistently in a fast-moving environment.

What success looks like

During the first months, you will be expected to:

— Build and maintain a trusted task-management system where commitments are captured and tracked.
— Establish a reliable daily operating rhythm with consistent written updates and focused check-ins.
— Ensure that the CEO has clear visibility into progress, blockers and decisions required.
— Close follow-up loops and prevent important commitments from being missed.
— Improve meeting preparation, action tracking and follow-through.
— Introduce practical improvements through AI, automation and modern tools.

This role may not be the right fit if you

— Prefer to receive detailed instructions for every step.
— Are uncomfortable making progress when the initial information is incomplete.
— Wait to be asked before sharing updates, risks or available capacity.
— Prioritise perfection over a timely, high-quality result.
— Prefer a predictable administrative routine over a dynamic role with changing priorities.
