We are looking for a visionary Film Director & Showrunner to lead the creation of high-end short-drama series. This role is for a cinematic powerhouse who understands deep storytelling, blocking, and dramatic structure, but is also ready to embrace Generative AI as their primary production engine. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be digitally native and tech-curious. We need a storyteller who can translate a traditional director’s "eye" into the world of AI-assisted filmmaking, turning scripts into seamless, prestige-quality visuals.

The Role

As the lead creative, you will act as a one-person studio. You’ll take a project from concept to final master, using AI tools to build worlds, maintain character consistency, and direct virtual "performances". You are the bridge between classic film theory and the future of automated production.

Responsibilities

Showrunning & Vision:

Lead the narrative strategy and maintain a cohesive "look and feel" across a complete short drama series.

Directorial Leadership: Apply your mastery of lighting, composition, and performance to AI outputs, ensuring they mirror the quality of high-end television.

Creative Asset Management: Use AI-assisted tools to build storyboards, shot lists, and backplates that align with your directorial vision.

Technical Execution: Personally responsible for the final "director’s cut". While you’ll have support, you should be comfortable getting hands-on with generation, assembly, and refinement.

VFX & Polish: Oversee (and perform) the cleanup of AI artifacts to ensure visual consistency and a seamless cinematic experience.

Ethical Oversight: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and respects intellectual property standards.

Requirements

Professional Directing Background: Proven experience as a Film Director or Showrunner with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep grasp of "the language of film.

Cinematic Mastery: An expert understanding of film theory, pacing, and how to evoke human emotion through a lens.

Tech-Savvy Mindset: You should have a basic, functional understanding of AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, or Luma) and a massive appetite to learn more. You aren't afraid of new interfaces or evolving workflows.

NLE Proficiency: Expert-level skills in industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid.

Mission

To maintain credit portfolio stability, minimize default risks, and ensure seamless partner service to drive the product's financial health and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Limit Management (Core): Perform regular reviews of partner credit limits. Make data-driven decisions on increasing, decreasing, or freezing limits based on risk assessment.
• Scoring & Risk Management: Execute monthly scoring and quarterly portfolio reviews. Initiate improvements to scoring models and oversee their implementation by the IT team.
• Collections & Recovery: Monitor overdue receivables, communicate with partners regarding repayments, and prepare formal reminders or legal claims.
• Financial Operations: Reconcile payments (amounts, dates, and balances), coordinate manual refund processes, and resolve any financial discrepancies.

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Generalist to take full ownership of the finance function, building and running it as a true business partner to leadership, delivery, and sales. The role covers the full spectrum: financial planning, project economics, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and compliance. You will have real influence over how financial processes are structured and how financial data shapes business decisions.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Own the company's financial planning cycle: annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and revenue, cost, and margin projections at the client level
• Manage the full billing process: from contract review and billing model setup to invoice issuance, accounts receivable tracking, and payment reconciliation
• Oversee project finances: budget setup, cost allocation, rate card management, margin calculations, and ongoing profitability assessment
• Handle accounts payable end-to-end: vendor validation, purchase request processing, invoice verification, expense categorization, and timely payment execution
• Manage payroll and contractor payments: consolidate timesheets, calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and contractor fees, and execute payment runs
• Lead the monthly financial close and prepare core reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, KPI dashboards, and budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Collaborate with accountants to ensure tax reporting accuracy and legal financial compliance
• Maintain financial systems and operations: administer QuickBooks / TOConline, manage bank accounts, and keep finance processes documented and up to date.

• 3+ years in a finance role covering both operational and analytical responsibilities
