We are Folqs, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand specializing in premium health supplement products selling across the United States.

We're looking for an experienced paid media manager to take full ownership of our Google, YouTube, and native campaigns. You'll work closely with our marketing team to drive profitable customer acquisition, optimize our funnels, and scale what's working.

This role is not search-and-shopping only. YouTube is a primary growth channel for us, and native (Taboola, Outbrain, and similar) is the second. If you've only ever run Search and PMax, this isn't the right fit.

This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it role. You'll be expected to actively manage, test, and improve performance on a weekly basis.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube

- Own YouTube as a scaled acquisition channel - campaign structure, audience and placement strategy, creative testing cadence, and view-through vs. click attribution

- Plan, launch, and scale native campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar) - headline/thumbnail testing, publisher and site-level bid management, block lists, and advertorial-to-checkout funnel optimization

- Own Google Merchant Center setup, feed optimization, and troubleshooting

- Develop and execute paid strategies aligned with our funnel structure (cold traffic, retargeting, brand defense) - including which traffic goes to advertorials vs. direct-to-PDP

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis

- Monitor performance daily and provide actionable insights on spend efficiency, ROAS, and CAC

- A/B test ad copy, video hooks, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting

- Brief and collaborate with our creative and copywriting team on video ad concepts, native headlines, and advertorial angles

- Stay current with Google's evolving features, algorithm changes, and best practices
 

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience - in eCommerce

- Proven track record managing $50k+/month in ad spend

- Minimum 6-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET)

- Proficient in English (written and verbal) - clear communication is essential

- Strong, demonstrable experience driving cold traffic on YouTube at scale - you can walk us through a YouTube account you built from low spend to consistent profitable volume, and explain what actually moved it

- Hands-on experience with native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar) - campaign builds, creative testing, publisher-level optimization, and native-specific attribution

- Deep expertise in Google Shopping campaigns and Performance Max

- Strong working knowledge of Google Merchant Center (feed management, diagnostics, policy compliance)

- Experience with conversion tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and GA4

- Comfortable diagnosing tracking gaps across channels where platform-reported numbers and backend numbers disagree

- Familiarity with supplement, health, or wellness advertising (including policy restrictions) is a strong plus

- AI fluency is non-negotiable - you use AI tools daily to research, build, test, and move faster

- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategic decisions

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
 

BONUS POINTS

- Experience running advertorials and long-form landing pages as the primary funnel for native and YouTube traffic

- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles

- Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
