 Responsibilities

• Lead generation in Canada / GTA (Toronto) via:
  • attending local events (conferences, meetups, business networking);
  • online channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, niche platforms).
• Organization and participation in networking events (often evenings/weekends).
• Pre-qualification of leads and handover to the sales team.
• Initial communication with potential clients.
• Collaboration with the regional manager (Toronto) and global team (Engineering, Marketing, Delivery).

• Achieving KPIs on the number of meetings, events, and self-qualified leads.

   

 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales/lead generation.
• Preferably 1–2 years as a closer / sales manager.
• Experience attending/organizing conferences.
• Strong communication with C-level decision makers.
• Solid understanding of B2B lead generation.
• Skilled in online platforms (LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards).
• Flexible schedule ~15–20 hours/week (including evenings & weekends for events).

• Fluent English (C1+), Ukrainian language is an advantage, and used for internal communication with the team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack  Developer to join our team. This is a key role for someone who is not only a top-tier developer but also a confident communicator who can take ownership of projects and engage directly with clients. You'll work closely with our Chief AI Officer and a talented team of developers and sales professionals to build innovative AI-driven products and solutions.
 

What You'll Do:
 

• Develop AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications and solutions powered by AI for both our company and our clients.
   
• Architect and Consult: Provide expert consultation to clients, helping them define the right technical architecture and strategy for their AI initiatives.
   
• Collaborate and Lead: Work within a cross-functional team, taking on a leadership role in technical discussions and client calls.
   
• Prototype and Evaluate: Participate in task estimation and the rapid development of prototypes to test new ideas and validate solutions.
   
• Take Ownership: Handle delegated tasks from the Chief AI Officer with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, including leading client meetings and discussions.
   

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
 

• Senior-level experience in full-stack development. (5+ years of experience) 
   
• Strong proficiency with JS for front-end development and Python for back-end and AI/ML development.
   
• Experience with GCP
   
• A solid understanding of AI principles and concepts.
   
• Excellent communication skills in English—you must be comfortable and confident leading calls with clients.
   
• Strong soft skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively, solve complex problems, and take initiative.
   

Bonus Points For:
 

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
