We're looking for a commercially sharp payments professional to own our PSP and payment-provider ecosystem from the business side - spotting the next great provider before competitors do, negotiating terms that actually move the needle, and making sure every contract we sign is one we're happy to live with.

This is a business development and relationship role, not a technical one. You won't be configuring gateways - you'll be researching the market, building the pipeline, sitting across the table in negotiations, and keeping our contracts and compliance position airtight. You'll work closely with our PSP Integrations Manager (who owns the technical build) plus Legal, Compliance and Finance.

What you'll do

• Continuously research the payments landscape and competitor payment offerings - know who's entering the market, who's improving pricing, and where we have a gap before it becomes a problem.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective PSPs, acquirers, aggregators and local payment-method providers, and represent us at industry events.
• Lead commercial negotiations - processing fees, FX, reserves, settlement terms, SLAs - backed by real market benchmarking.
• Own contract and business-terms management end to end: coordinate redlines with Legal, track renewals well ahead of expiry, and maintain a single source of truth for every provider's commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Compliance on licensing fit and KYB onboarding for every new provider, before anything reaches signature.
• Manage ongoing commercial relationships with key providers, including quarterly business reviews.
• Report regularly to Payments leadership on pipeline, negotiation status, renewal risk and market intelligence.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in payments business development, commercial partnerships or PSP/vendor relationship management - ideally in iGaming, fintech or another regulated high-risk online sector.
• A track record of negotiating and closing provider contracts, with real, quantifiable outcomes.
• Contract-literate: comfortable reading and challenging fee schedules, reserve terms, SLAs and termination clauses.
• A researcher's instinct - you build market intelligence proactively, not just react to what lands in your inbox.
• Working knowledge of the payments landscape relevant to iGaming (card acquiring, APMs, wallets, open banking, crypto, local methods).
• Comfortable coordinating with Compliance/Legal as a routine part of the job.
• Strong written and verbal negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• An existing network of PSP/acquirer/aggregator contacts in iGaming.
• Negotiation experience across multiple Tier-1 markets (UK/IE, Canada, ANZ, DACH, Nordics, Benelux).
• Experience with vendor KYB/compliance onboarding processes.
• Experience building a market-intelligence or competitor-tracking function from scratch.

What's on offer

• Competitive salary;
• Remote work in a flexible environment;
• 20 working days of paid vacation and education projects;
• Great product with our software solution;
• Opportunity for growth at professional levels, attending top industry events and conferences, and international workshops at our competence centers.

This position entails a schedule that is not always the standard Monday-Friday 5-day workweek, shifts may fall on weekends or in the evening.

The Role

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of VIP to own the design, performance, and continuous optimization of our VIP retention program across T1 and T2 casino markets. You'll set the strategy, bring innovation, novel ideas, own the numbers, and lead through a dedicated VIP Team Leader who runs day-to-day execution. You'll spend your time on segmentation, cohort analysis, program design, and cross-functional influence, stepping into the player-facing world only for your top 10–20 Tier-1 accounts and genuine crisis escalations.

What You'll Own

• Strategic Analytics: Design and maintain our multi-tier segmentation (Mass Market / Pre-VIP / VIP) and cohort framework (Active, Churn, Reactivated, New), and deliver 7-day, 14-day, and monthly performance intelligence across every project and market.
• Program Strategy and Tactics: Own the annual VIP Retention Marketing Calendar — campaign design, offer mechanics, seasonal activations, and a structured testing roadmap.
• Retention & Reactivation: Build predictive churn early-warning capability, design win-back mechanics, and personally step in on high-stakes closure situations escalated by your Team Leader.
• Business Performance: Own retention rate, churn reactivation, NGR/deposit growth, LTV, bonus efficiency ratio, and surplus margin — and report on them monthly to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Finance to keep VIP strategy aligned with the wider business, and represent the segment at board level.
• Team Leadership: Set the department's KPI framework and give strategic direction to your VIP Team Leader — who owns scheduling, coaching, QA, and the day-to-day player relationship.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building or scaling a VIP program in iGaming/gambling, ideally across regulated T1/T2 markets.
• Fluency with the metrics that actually run a VIP book: NGR (not just GGR), cohort-based LTV, LTV:CAC, bonus efficiency, and surplus margin.
• Experience leading through a manager layer rather than running a desk personally — comfortable setting direction and holding a Team Leader accountable to KPIs, not doing the coaching yourself.
• Strong cross-functional influence — you've shaped Product, Marketing, and Compliance decisions with data, not just requested changes.
• Working knowledge of the regulatory constraints that shape VIP marketing in T1/T2 markets (e.g. UK affordability checks, MGA/EU advertising rules, responsible gambling obligations).

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in VIP management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

🌍 Why You Should Join Us

• Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere as part of an international and geographically diverse team.
• Professional Growth: We invest in your career development with ample opportunities for learning and growth.
• Exciting Challenges: Join a forward-thinking, fast-growing company at the forefront of the iGaming industry.

Ready to take your VIP expertise to the next level? Apply now and help us redefine the VIP experience, shape the future of player engagement, and make a lasting impact in the iGaming world.

Why we exist:

Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large, coordinated teams—no pilots needed. Our technology has been battle-tested in Ukraine—the world’s most intense proving ground for drone warfare.

In March 2026, we became the first Ukrainian defense startup to go public on NASDAQ, following a $15M Series A—the largest investment in a Ukrainian defense tech company since the start of the war.

Working at Swarmer means operating at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality. The problems and environments are complex, and the stakes are very real. We built this software to enable democratic nations to defend themselves.

If you are motivated by building resilient systems that matter and by seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll find purpose here.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Head of Integration—a technically grounded leader who will own and scale our integration function as we move from early-stage deployments into full operational tempo.

This role sits at the intersection of two critical domains:

• Vendor integration—bringing third-party systems (video navigation, comms modules, and others) into our stack.
• Customer integration—making our software run on our customers’ platforms: aerial, ground, and maritime.

This position is for someone who can take chaos, structure it, and turn it into repeatable results—fast.

What you’ll do:

1. Vendor & Customer Integration

• Manage end-to-end integration of third-party solutions into the Swarmer stack.
• Own the integration of Swarmer’s software onto customer platforms—aerial, ground, and maritime.
• Lead R&D initiatives on new platform integrations and serve as the primary technical point of contact with hardware vendors.

2. Team Leadership & Process Development

• Build and scale the integration org: define team structure, hire and develop leads, grow a team across multiple sub-teams.
• Design and implement structured, predictable integration workflows to ensure consistent delivery timelines for every new customer onboarding.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards across the function, including Jira, process documentation, and integration playbooks.

What we need:

• Strong technical background: solid working knowledge of embedded systems, Linux, and hardware platforms.
• Experience managing engineering teams; comfortable leading multiple sub-teams and developing leads.
• Hands-on experience at the intersection of software and hardware.
• Systematic approach to work: ability to scope, estimate, and deliver.
• Documentation discipline—Jira, process docs, integration playbooks.
• Great organizational and communication skills: capable of aligning several stakeholders to drive project outcomes; effective cross-domain communication.
• Stress resilience, fast problem-solving, persistence, and an ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent English level.

What would be an advantage:

• Senior embedded or Linux engineer background with a path into engineering management.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other hardware-intensive industries.
• Experience working with large hardware vendors.
• Familiarity with UAV platforms and their technical stack.
• Military or volunteer UAV experience.
• Technical degree (electronics, robotics, aviation, or similar).

What you’ll get:

• A dynamic environment with a unique opportunity to directly influence and see the impact of your work.
• A mission-driven role in a company building technology that directly supports Ukrainian and global defense capabilities.
• The opportunity to work on one of the most advanced and practically tested autonomy products in the defense-tech market.
• Exposure to multiple domains: hardware, autonomy, operations.
• Competitive salary, insurance, and legal benefits (reservation, etc).
• A high-ownership culture where initiative, clarity, and execution matter more than bureaucracy.

How the hiring process works:

✔️Recruiter Screen → ✔️Technical Interview → ✔️Management Interview → ✔️Final Interview → ✔️Security Check → ✔️Offer

The Role

We are looking for an AI-Driven Creative Marketing Manager to work on our subscription-based mobile app (B2C, Tier-1 market, web2app). The primary acquisition channel is META.

This is not a traditional managerial role where you assign tasks to a design team. It’s an AI-oriented and “hands-on” position. You will work with both internal and 3rd-party AI-driven tools that help you quickly and efficiently manage and drive the creative process, featuring smart automation for scaling.

Responsibilities

• Operate various AI tools to generate ad creatives (static & video): curate the outputs, guide the generation process, and make necessary adjustments, taking an end-to-end approach from the initial idea to final creative production (no designers involved).
• Investigate target audiences, competitor strategies, and current market trends to uncover new creative openings.
• Translate experiment outcomes into fresh hypotheses and outline subsequent testing initiatives.
• Critically review, read, and verify the analytics — make the final strategic decisions.

• Cooperate daily with the team to discuss acquisition results and business metrics, bringing new ideas and approaches to meet team goals.

Requirements

• Experience working with mobile apps and building creative strategies for their promotion at scale, specifically focusing on web2app flow and META.
• Experience in creating creatives from scratch and utilizing AI tools for generation.
• Strong understanding of metrics, analysis, and the ability to draw conclusions for further actions.
• Growth mindset and extreme flexibility: being open-minded and adaptable to a fast-changing environment is your primary soft skill.
• Hands-on attitude: you are ready to operate the tools directly, dig into the details, and manage the workflow with your own hands.
• Strong analytical mindset: the ability to process heavy analytics, spot trends, generate actionable insights, and validate AI-driven data.
• AI-oriented curiosity and a strong willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize and scale marketing processes.
• A strong plus is a previous background in design on positions such as Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or Marketing Designer.

• Experience in finding new funnels, launching new products to the market, and scaling an existing funnel or product as a whole — would be a huge plus.

Hiring Process

Stage 1: Interview with HR.
Stage 2: Test assignment.
Stage 3: Interview with the team.

What we offer for your success

• Very warm and friendly working environment and flexible working schedule.
• Monthly bonus system based on key metrics.
• 20 days off, and 12 sick days paid by the company per year. Paid national holidays.
• Medical insurance, and health protection programs (with COVID-19 and dental coverage).

• Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.
