About the project
To support the ambitious growth plans of the project and achieve upcoming product goals, we are opening a replacement position for a QA Engineer who will bring a fresh perspective and energy to the team.

You’ll join an enterprise-level web platform that serves as the analytical “brain” for a multinational telecom company. We take complex operational data and transform it into clear, audit-ready insights. It’s a high-impact project where your work directly affects how a global leader operates.

You’ll be the only QA Engineer on the project, working closely with developers in a collaborative and supportive environment, with minimal bureaucracy and a lot of freedom in how testing is done.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to build the core intelligence layer of our Session Analyzer product: scoring, audience segmentation, and prescriptive recommendations for pharmaceutical marketing teams. You will operate as a “full-stack” data scientist across data validation, data engineering (prod pipelines), ML modeling, causal measurement, and AI-assisted workflows (agents for insights and data diagnostics). You will work directly with the Product Lead and Tech Lead.

Responsibilities

- Design and ship scoring, segmentation, and recommendation features based on pixel session/event data, NPI-enriched profiles, and 3rd-party datasets.

- Build a data quality & validation framework from scratch: tests, monitors, anomaly detection, drift tracking, and root-cause workflows across the data chain.

- Deliver batch PoC (days latency) and evolve to near-real-time MVP (hours latency) pipelines and feature tables.

- Develop and evaluate ML models for engagement prediction and audience targeting; ensure calibration, stability, and business-relevant lift.

Responsibilities:
- Improve code quality, propose architecture, and guide best practices

- Build and maintain BFF layer (caching, API orchestration, resiliency)
- Refactor legacy code while balancing delivery timelines
- Handle bug fixing, enhancements, and feature delivery (based on Figma)
- Ensure proper testing before review

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Project Manager to join the team. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects across different domains, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who is comfortable collaborating with a diverse team of specialists. Bringing structure to the table and ensuring a predictable delivery process, even in dynamic environments, is essential. The position values full ownership of projects, following established processes while remaining open to suggesting meaningful improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Management: Manage several IT projects in parallel, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met through careful planning and proactive risk mitigation.
• Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, leading status meetings, demos, and workshops to manage expectations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate execution across development, design, and QA teams. This includes leading daily standups, backlog refinement, planning sessions and retrospectives to ensure a frictionless work environment.
• Requirement Ownership: Collaborate with dedicated BAs on large-scale development, while independently handling requirement elicitation and user story refinement for smaller support projects.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain clear project documentation and have a strong grasp of project metrics.
• People & Growth: Support the team through onboarding, regular 1:1s, and capacity planning to ensure collective success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (outsourcing, outstaffing).
• Organized & Responsible: A proven ability to manage several projects at once while maintaining clear roadmaps and stable delivery cycles.
• Problem-Solving & Product Mindset: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and a knack for product improvement. This includes the ability to write clear, actionable user stories.
• Professional Communication: English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — essential for working with international clients and navigating complex discussions.
• Accountability: High level of personal responsibility and strong soft skills. Readiness to take ownership, work with professionals, and lead by example.
• Tool Proficiency: Confident use of Jira and Confluence to keep updates clear, track progress, and solve blockers proactively.

As an ML Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of machine learning systems, knowledge representation, and reasoning infrastructure — building the foundational intelligence layer that powers our platform. This isn't about wrapping APIs or fine-tuning models in isolation. You'll be solving hard problems at the frontier of applied ML.

What you'll work on:

Designing ML pipelines that transform unstructured, proprietary information into semantically rich, queryable representations

Building and integrating models that enable probabilistic reasoning, multi-hop inference, and context-aware decision support

Developing agentic workflows where AI assists human judgment through explainable outputs, uncertainty quantification, and iterative feedback loops

Defining evaluation metrics and testing frameworks for high-stakes, information-led environments

Contributing to architectural decisions around ML infrastructure and model serving

Collaborating closely with backend engineers, product, and domain experts

Responsibilities:

• Own and support core ML infrastructure (MLflow, CVAT, GPU/CPU cloud instances, internal data tools).
• Assist Data Engineers with deploying and maintaining data pipelines.
• Act as the primary contact for ML and Data teams on infra-related requests.
• Improve reliability and efficiency by adding automation, monitoring, and tooling enhancements.
   

Must have:

• Knowledge of Python, Terraform, Docker, Linux.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure prefered).
• Understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle (data → training → evaluation → deployment → monitoring).

Nice to have:

• Experience with model serving frameworks and inference formats (ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, NVIDIA Triton).
