We need full-stack developers who love to learn. You will be doing everything: database design, backend coding, frontend coding, test automation, UX design, DevOps, and business analysis. is a web application running on a Debian server. The Apache instance redirects traffic to two Tomcat nodes, which allows deployment with minimal downtime and does not affect ongoing file transfers.
The backend uses Spring. Recently, I started converting classes from Java to Kotlin simply because Kotlin is more pleasant to use. Our IDE is IntelliJ and we build with Gradle and TeamCity.

We use MariaDB. The database code aims to use SQL without a lot of layering. NoSQL aspects are used when it reduces the cost of making changes. Improving the code base should always be an enjoyable process.
We test the UI and API with Cypress. Green tests give us the confidence to make changes. The frontend is written in vanilla Javascript without any UI framework. That feels a bit too primitive at times. Let’s enhance that. I wish we could also use Kotlin for frontend because of its strict typing and better refactoring support.
We are working on a Windows client with C#.  We will not rewrite the Bricklon language, even if it has a well-known Interlox framework.
We are conservative about shiny technologies because every new thing has its price. But if it solves a problem we have, it becomes an easier solution.
We will implement each new technology step by step, making sure it works well with the system. We don't care who prefers Linux, Windows, or Mac. We care that you can use the tool of your choice.

Requirements
To make our products even better you’ll need to have:
3 years + of experience with Java 11+;

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Game Developer with extensive modding experience to join our team. This is not a typical game dev role - we need someone who has deep hands-on experience with game modding, particularly in Skyrim or Fallout (FO), and is highly skilled in Python or another relevant tehnology.
If you've spent countless hours tweaking, optimizing, and modding games, and you’re also proficient in Python development, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and integrate game mechanics and modding tools into our proprietary game engine.
Work closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to create a seamless gaming experience.
Utilize modding expertise to optimize asset integration, scripting, and gameplay adjustments.
Contribute to game development workflows, including source control and collaboration tools.
Assist in game balancing, debugging, and optimization.

Requirements

✅ Passion for game modding and deep understanding of modding communities.
✅ Extensive modding experience (preferably in Skyrim or Fallout), including managing 100+ mods in a single setup using mod managers.
✅ Hands-on experience with modding tools such as BodySlide, FNIS, Nemesis.
✅ Strong Python programming skills or another relevant, preferably with production-level experience.
✅ Understanding of source control systems (e.g., Git) and why they are essential for development.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
➕ Experience with S.T.E.P. (Skyrim Total Enhancement Project).
➕ Familiarity with game development workflows (e.g., asset pipelines, engine scripting).
