Your role is to diagnose, redesign, and elevate the entire QA function into a scalable, modern quality organization.
This is a high-impact consulting engagement directly with senior leadership.

You will step in as an external QA authority and:
Audit the entire QA organization (structure, people, processes, maturity)
Evaluate test strategy, governance, and quality standards

We’re hiring a QA Transformation Lead / QA Consultant to perform a full audit and redesign of a 70+ person QA organization within a banking enterprise (Wing Bank). This is a senior-level advisory role focused on QA strategy, governance, and organizational transformation, with quarterly onsite travel to Cambodia.

We are looking for Junior Product Manager in our team.

Requirements:

• Experience as Product Manager at least 1 year;

  Duties:
• Jira management (creating tasks, updating statuses, monitoring deadlines);
• Preparing and completing technical specifications for developers;

• Monitoring the progress of tasks by developers, designers, testers, and other departments;

• Competitor analysis and conducting small-scale research for new products;

The platform continuously gathers cryptography-related information and surrounding context from a wide range of external systems - cloud providers, EDRs, vulnerability scanners, and more. We currently maintain around 20 integrations, and this number is growing quickly. We're looking for a technically curious, highly motivated person to own the research and verification side of these integrations: understanding what data each service exposes, how to access it, and how to keep our coverage current as these services evolve. This role suits someone early-to-mid in their career who enjoys digging into APIs, testing hypotheses hands-on, and mapping out how systems connect - with scope and ownership that can scale to the right person's experience level.

What you'll do:

• Continuously monitor our integrated third-party services (cloud providers, EDRs, vulnerability scanners, etc.) to understand what information is available and how it can be accessed - via APIs, licensing tiers, permissions, and other access methods.
• Actively connect to and verify these APIs hands-on: test endpoints, confirm data availability, and validate that integrations behave as expected.
• Identify and suggest which data from each service is most relevant and valuable for our platform to consume.
• Track changes across these services - new endpoints, deprecated features, updated licensing, and newly released functionality - and flag anything that affects our integrations.
• Document findings clearly so engineering and product teams can act on them.

• Research and evaluate new potential integrations as our coverage expands.

   

What we're looking for:

• Technical mindset with genuine curiosity about how systems and APIs work.
• Hands-on comfort with API tools such as Postman (or similar - Insomnia, curl, etc.).
• Basic programming/scripting ability (e.g. Python or JavaScript) - enough to test, parse responses, and automate small checks.
• Comfort reading API documentation and translating it into practical understanding.
• High motivation, self-direction, and the persistence to chase down how a given system actually works.

• Good written communication for documenting findings.

   

Nice to have: 

• Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity concepts (cryptography, vulnerability management, endpoint security).
• Familiarity with cloud provider APIs (AWS, Azure, GCP), EDR platforms, or vulnerability scanners.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality Engineering professional who can help drive our transition from predominantly manual testing to a scalable and sustainable test automation strategy.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the current QA Lead to establish automation practices, define processes, and actively contribute to implementation. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the team through the automation journey.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving the transition from manual testing to automated testing across the product portfolio.
- Defining and implementing an effective test automation strategy, including identifying the appropriate balance between UI and API testing, with a focus on maximizing maintainability and efficiency.
- Evaluating where domain expertise is required and helping establish the right balance between automated testing and exploratory/manual testing performed by product experts.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the rail domain.
- Establishing processes that guarantee complete test coverage and traceability for every release, including the generation of comprehensive test evidence packages required for customer deliveries.
- Identifying opportunities to automate not only testing activities but also documentation, reporting, and compliance-related processes.
- Working closely with the QA Lead to create and execute a roadmap for increasing automation maturity across the organization.
- Providing recommendations, best practices, and technical leadership to help the team evolve its quality engineering capabilities.

The successful candidate should be comfortable operating in an environment where automation is still in its early stages. They will be expected to take ownership, lead by example, and help the organization balance immediate delivery commitments with the strategic need to invest in long-term automation capabilities.
