- Experience with DI frameworks (Dagger, Koin);
- Production use of Jetpack Compose, with performance focus;
- Solid knowledge of network communication (Sockets, REST);
- Experience in writing Unit tests;
- Experience with CI/CD setup;
- Experience with Android performance optimization;
- Experienced in multi-module projects; SDUI knowledge - will be a plus.

We seek a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and automation tools, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing environments in AWS.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with AWS and EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
- Utilize GitLab for CI/CD pipeline management and automation.
- Support, maintain, and optimize infrastructure across AWS and other cloud platforms.
- Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and application performance.
- Write Helm charts for seamless Kubernetes deployments.
- Ensure stable operation of Kubernetes components, including applications, alb-controller, addons, and auto-scaler.
- Participate in disaster recovery activities and support high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle, from development to production.
- Continuously improve and monitor systems performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, New Relic, and other monitoring tools.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes (EKS) for container orchestration.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and other automation/configuration management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog.
- Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Proficient in writing scripts using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, Postgresql, Redis, Elastic.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience automating deployment processes (with tools like Git).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and security practices.
- Experience working with microservices architecture and addressing its deployment challenges.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience and certifications are a plus.
- English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
- Proactive problem solver with a focus on automation and optimization.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

1. Experience in SMM / Content Marketing / Communications
2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager, Content Creator, or Communications Specialist
English level: Advanced
Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram with an understanding of each platform's specifics
Skilled in writing various content formats: short posts, articles, ad copy, video scripts
Experience writing in a corporate tone for different audiences
Ability to adapt the company's tone of voice and work with brand messaging
Experience developing internal and external communication materials
Hands-on experience managing brand social media, increasing engagement, and growing the audience
2. Video and Visual Content
Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Graphic editing skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
Ability to use mobile content-editing apps
3. Analytics & Strategy
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
Ability to assess content performance and adjust strategy accordingly
4. Process Management & Organization
Able to manage multiple projects and switch tasks quickly
Experience collaborating with creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters)
Flexible, initiative-driven, and open to experimenting with content formats
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Experience creating animated content

Your key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
Develop a content strategy and calendar for three company projects
Write post copy
Create static, animated, and video content (photos, graphics, Reels, etc.)
Edit short videos and adapt content for LinkedIn and Instagram
Collaborate with a designer/videographer (or independently produce content)
Ensure the quality of visual and written content matches the brandβs tone of voice
2. Social Media Management
Manage company social media accounts
Plan and publish content in line with the strategy
Track social media trends and integrate them into content
Moderate comments and messages, foster community engagement
Analyze content performance and generate reports
3. Internal Communications
Create internal newsletters and updates
Manage internal communication channels (Slack)
Prepare content for internal events (posters, videos, announcements)
Organize communication activities to support company culture
4. Creative Work & Strategy
Generate new content ideas, creative formats, and integration concepts
Develop special project concepts for social media and media platforms
Analyze competitors and explore new communication approaches
Work with brand messages and adapt them for various content formats
5. Analytics & Optimization
Track content performance and prepare reports
Optimize content strategy based on performance insights

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Process Automation & Digital Transformation
β’ Lead the automation of key business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload across Velex Groupβs verticals (Finance, Investments, Advisory, Marketing, and Technology)

2. IT Infrastructure Management

3. Emerging Technology Implementation

β’ Drive the digital transformation roadmap, integrating innovative tech into investment, finance, advisory, and marketing processes

4. IT Support & Security

Key Qualifications & Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
β’ Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, process automation, infrastructure management, or emerging technologies
β’ Strong background in business process automation (RPA, AI-powered workflows, low/no-code tools)
β’ Proven experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity
