Requirements:
 

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT outsourcing company (we may consider candidates with less than 1 year of experience if they have completed a certified course with distinction — e.g., PMP, Scrum, or Project Management Fundamentals).
• Basic understanding of web development or data science project lifecycles.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English (verbal and written communication with clients).
• Ability to multitask, structured thinking, attention to detail.
• Team player with openness to feedback and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
 

• Support projects from start to finish: task tracking, deadline control, daily syncs, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain basic project documentation (checklists, tracking artifacts, status updates).
• Communicate with clients (with guidance from senior PMs): clarifying requirements, status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, designers, QA).
• Identify basic risks and escalate them to the team lead or senior PM.
• Use internal tools and processes (Jira, Confluence).
• Participate in internal meetings and demo sessions.

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Project Manager. The ideal candidate has solid theoretical knowledge, basic experience in managing web development or data science projects, excellent communication skills, and is eager for continuous professional growth.

What you may do
-End-to-end project oversight including tracking tasks and milestone progress, timely execution, financials and team engagement;
- Maximise income from projects through good management and efficient delivery;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Serve as primary person of contact for the client, meetings with worldwide customers;
- Understand the client’s business to add value to projects;
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
- Ensure agreed processes are used;
- Report on project performance as appropriate;
- Contribute to the growth of the accounts;
- Decision-making in risk situations.

Requirements
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence;
- English Fluent or Upper-Intermediate (very strong);
- From 2-3 years experience managing projects in web development or data science or both in IT outsource company;
- Knowledge of web development processes;
- Experience working with and leading dispersed cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of budgeting, project financial management, and resource allocation procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail, organization, and responsiveness;
- Successfully able to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical challenges;
- Experience in managing an international teams;
- Ensure agreed processes are used;
- Report on project performance as appropriate;
- Contribute to the growth of the accounts;
- Decision-making in risk situations.
