Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing;
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Google or Meta);
• Experience working with COD (Cash-on-Delivery) offers or funnels;
• Basic understanding of tracking and analytics;
• Interest in fintech/trading/regulated products;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, trading, crypto, gambling, etc.);
• Experience with additional traffic sources.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, native or similar platforms);
• Manage paid campaigns for an international online trading platform;
• Monitor performance and make improvements based on data;
• Work with creatives, marketing, and compliance teams;
• Test new ideas, audiences, and ad formats;
• Prepare simple performance reports.
