Requirements:

- Strong commercial QA experience and hands-on testing skills with complex web products - 5+ years
- Senior QA experience is required

- Hands-on experience testing web applications and APIs

- Deep understanding of the Steam ecosystem and trading flows

- Experience testing payment-related and asynchronous processes

- Ability to build QA processes in an evolving product environment

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality

- Ability to challenge decisions and block releases when quality risks are identified
