We seek a sharp and proactive Sales Manager to strengthen our pipeline and keep momentum across all sales channels. In this role, you'll ensure every inbound lead is handled with speed and quality — and when inbound slows, you'll switch gears to win over “searching” leads through tailored proposals and outreach. What you'll do

Priority 1 — Inbound excellence

Your primary responsibility is to ensure every inbound request is handled quickly and thoroughly. That means:

• Monitoring all incoming channels (email + platforms)

• Responding within agreed SLAs (to be set during onboarding)

• Running intro/discovery calls, clarifying needs, risks, and success criteria

• Preparing proposals using our templates: structured, on-brand, persuasive, and visually clean

• Keeping CRM and reporting fully updated

When inbound demand slows down, you will actively convert leads already searching for a contractor but don't know us yet. That means:

• Identifying open briefs/RFPs on relevant job boards/platforms

• Crafting tailored proposals and submissions

• Nurturing conversations until contracts are signed

• Coordinating with Marketing where needed for outreach angles

Job requirements

• 1+ years of experience in ERP/Business Central administration.
• English proficiency — Intermediate level or higher.
• Understanding the role of an ERP administrator and experience working with the BC interface.
• Knowledge of typical tasks: creating/editing users, assigning roles/permission sets, supporting Job Queue.
• Experience handling basic requests: access issues, data display problems, working with directories.
• Ability to provide clear answers, log requests, and escalate complex incidents.
• Basic knowledge of key modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse.

• Understanding of sandbox, test, and production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for debit, credit, and virtual card products.
• Launch card programs from scratch: from BIN sponsorship and Visa/Mastercard approvals to card issuance and transaction processing.
• Manage integrations with processing platforms, personalization bureaus, and settlement partners.
• Oversee the enablement of Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tokenization services.
• Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard standards, PCI DSS, and local regulatory requirements.

What We Expect from You:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or card program management within banking or fintech.
• Proven track record of launching Visa and/or Mastercard card products.
