• Proven experience with Azure technologies: Azure Entra ID, Azure Storage accounts, Azure Service Bus, Azure Container Registry;

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET 8.0.
• Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery: from requirements clarification and architecture design to implementation, testing, and release;
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with product goals;
• Drive technical decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes;
• Participate actively in Agile processes (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives);
• Conduct and contribute to code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency;
• Produce clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and feature specifications;
• Support onboarding of internal teams (e.g., Customer Support) to newly delivered functionality;
• Identify improvement opportunities in the system and proactively suggest solutions;
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support less-experienced engineers as needed.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at Solomono, you will manage multiple projects end-to-end, act as the primary communication bridge between customers and delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role combines client-facing communication, project coordination, and process ownership, with clear opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout their full lifecycle
• Communicate directly with customers: gather, clarify, and formalize business and technical requirements
• Manage expectations, scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes
• Plan project activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Maintain project plans, backlogs, and task flows using ClickUp
• Coordinate daily team activities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation actions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery summaries
• Support project kick-off, closure, and handover activities
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — confident spoken and written communication with customers
• Experience working with IT products and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Practical or strong theoretical knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

You'll launch affiliate sites doing mostly on-page SEO optimisation, content QA and technical audits. No brand campaigns, no vanity metrics. Just rankings, traffic, and conversions.
