We are looking for a Technical Support Manager (L1) to provide high-level assistance to our customers and partners. This role includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, as well as configuring customer and provider accounts, including AI models.

- Fully remote with optional Kyiv office access. English level — B2+.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests using JavaScript and Playwright
• Build and improve automation frameworks and testing infrastructure
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution
• Perform manual testing when necessary to validate complex flows
• Contribute to test strategy, coverage improvement, and QA best practices
• Set up reporting in TMS (TestRail, Zephyr)

REQUIREMENTS:

• B2+ English (for communication and technical documentation).
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and strong Playwright experience.
• Experience with UI and API testing tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD; experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Git and version control.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.

We are looking for a detail-oriented HTML/CSS Developer to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clean, structured markup and pixel-perfect implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive HTML/CSS
• Ensure pixel-perfect layout implementation
• Optimize pages for performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Work with our Laravel and Vue/React developers when needed
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-structured code

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Solid experience with responsive design
• Experience with Tailwind or Bootstrap (preferred)
• Understanding of basic JavaScript (nice to have)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design precisely
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Laravel blade templates
• Vue/ReactJs structure knowladge and ability to work with JSX
• Experience with Git

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
