    We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that will give professional growth in sales in a scaling organization.     What will you get up to?
    • Territory development: Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities
    • Perform outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email, LinkedIn etc.) to prospect for new opportunities
    • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
    • Create account maps and strategies – ensure quality and well-researched opportunities.
    • Strategies with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities
    • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Hubspot
    • Provide feedback to marketing on what conversations/content work well and what isn't working, seeking continuous improvement
    You’ll be great for this role if you have:
    • A proven sales/business development experience from 2 years (preferably SaaS) 
    • Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech-related platforms would also be a huge plus!

    We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will work with our DevOps and Infrastructure team to plan and manage their projects and tasks for successful and timely delivery. You will work with teams and stakeholders locally and globally to provide and improve all phases of project prioritization, planning, delivery, and progress reporting.
    Also, this role requires engagement with the Business Development Department to work on the Pre-Sales Project and drive the initial project phase in a company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the main point of contact for multiple projects at a given time.
    • Communicate with the Business Development Department and closely work with the Pre-Sales Team.
    • Manage resourcing plans β€” planning team tasks for the sprint and overall project delivery. Manage resources between multiple projects, depending on the priorities.
    • Work with stakeholders and teams to prepare executive summaries that have estimated timelines and resource impact so prioritization and strategic decisions can be made.
    • Work with the team to properly organize and manage projects and tasks in Jira.
    • Manage project and task prioritization for the team, and participate in the planning.
    • Build meaningful and trackable project plans, including dependencies and potential risks.
    • Provide regular and meaningful status updates to the leadership and other teams.
    Required skills:

    • Experience with team resourcing, short and long-term.
    • Strong communication skills β€” clear and direct written and verbal. Attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and changing priorities.
    • Experience building Gantt charts within an Agile environment.
    • Experience working with Atlassian products and project management tools.
    • English level β€” B2 or above.
    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience managing projects and tasks related to DevOps and Infrastructure for a few years
    • Proficient with PowerPoint or other presentation software.
