We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) for a product company building an AI powered pricing and repricing platform for ecommerce sellers. The product helps online merchants automate pricing decisions across multiple sales channels, process large volumes of product and market data, and react to changes in real time to improve revenue and margins.

The platform is data intensive and integration heavy. It works with external marketplaces, payment systems, messaging providers, and internal automation pipelines. A significant part of the system is focused on scalable REST APIs, background job processing, real time updates, and reliable communication between services.

The backend is cloud native and runs on GCP. It is built around Node.js and Express, with MongoDB as the primary database, Redis for caching and queues, and OpenSearch for search and indexing. The system operates under high load and requires careful attention to performance, scalability, and data consistency.

You’ll be the Machine Learning Engineer on a compact, fast-moving team, working directly with the founders. Your mission: design, train, and ship computer-vision models that recognize sports events and generate highlight videos—running both in the cloud and on edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Build & improve CV models – object detection, action recognition, semantic segmentation, tracking, and event classification for multi-camera sports footage.
• Optimize for the edge – convert and quantize models (TFLite/ONNX/RT-Core) so they run in real time on Raspberry Pi 5 and ARM-based phones.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build full-featured SPAs using the Quasar Framework
• Develop and scale large B2B/B2C products
• Architect single-page applications from scratch
• Integrate and consume REST APIs

• Package native mobile apps for iOS and Android using CapacitorJS

   

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Quasar, Vue.js, and TypeScript
• Confident using Git and working with REST APIs
• Experience with Inertia.js and Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of webpack/vite and frontend performance optimization
• Strong grasp of frontend architecture and design patterns
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and initiative
• Ability to manage your time and familiarity with OKR methodology

About us
We are building our CRM function from scratch within a fast-growing iGaming company. That’s why we are looking for a proactive CRM Manager to design player retention strategies, launch automated journeys, and set up a campaign calendar that drives engagement and growth. This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to shape how CRM works in our business.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to retain and reactivate players (Email, SMS, Push, On-site, In-app).
• Segment the player base according to activity, behavior, and lifecycle (RFM analysis, VIP levels, LTV groups).
• Build automated communication flows (welcome journeys, reactivation, up-sell).
• Manage the CRM campaign calendar (promotions, tournaments, cashback, seasonal events).
• Analyze campaign performance (Open rate, CTR, CR, ARPU, ROMI) and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align CRM initiatives.

Requirements
 

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM / Retention Manager in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, Braze, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of segmentation and automation workflows.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher. Additional languages (ES, DE, GR) are a plus.
