About the role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time, project-based engagement to finalize the critical design phase of a specialized online equipment rental and in-store check-in platform.

This is a high-impact role focused on completing the remaining UI/UX scope, refining user flows, and preparing final design assets for development. The product is approaching an important release milestone, so we are looking for a designer who can quickly dive into existing materials, work autonomously, and confidently bring the design lifecycle to completion.

The expected workload is part-time, with flexible scheduling aligned with EU time zones.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web and mobile projects
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent modern design tool)
• Experience working with established Design Systems
• Ability to analyze and complete existing complex design files with minimal ramp-up time
• Experience preparing structured design handoff documentation for development teams
• Experience designing rental platforms, booking systems, or complex check-in flows will be a plus
• Experience in a software consultancy or agency environment will be a plus
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking will be a plus
• Experience working with structured product documentation will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Complete the remaining UI/UX design scope for the rental platform
• Focus on booking flows and in-store check-in processes
• Ensure alignment with the established Universal Design System (UDS)
• Transform wireframes into polished high-fidelity mockups
• Create interactive prototypes where required
• Prepare well-structured design handoff for the Frontend team
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, and Product stakeholders
• Ensure design feasibility during implementation
