What you will do: 

• Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and strategies
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development and refinement of new marketing strategies
• Assist in keyword research and new website pages development to guide our content strategy and drive organic traffic
• Actively monitor the crypto market and social media for breaking news, emerging narratives, and "alpha" to report key insights to the team.
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (ER, CR, Traffic, CTR, etc.), providing insights to the team on campaign performance
• Support other marketing activities as needed (such as email marketing and PR) to gain a broad understanding of the full marketing function.

What we are expecting from you:

• At least 6 months of marketing experience in the crypto/Web3 industry, with a portfolio or examples of your work
• Deep, "crypto-native" understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a must. You should be familiar with DeFi, L1/L2s, and the airdrop, testnet, and token sale landscape
• A solid understanding of core marketing principles and tactics, including social media, content, and basic SEO concepts
• A proactive, highly curious, and eager-to-learn attitude. You are a self-starter who isn't afraid to ask questions and take ownership of your learning and assigned tasks
• An analytical mindset and a genuine interest in learning how to use data. You're curious about what's working (and what's not) and want to learn how data drives marketing decisions
• Familiarity with marketing metrics (ER, CTR, etc.) and a desire to learn how to use this data to make strategic decisions
• English Proficiency: B1-B2 (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate). You must have a strong foundation for reading and writing about complex topics without reliance on AI tools. We support using AI tools to enhance productivity, but a strong, independent grasp of English is essential for your growth.

Nice to Haves:

• Personal, active experience as a crypto community member (e.g., you are an "airdrop hunter" yourself, a community moderator, an ambassador, or a DeFi user).
