Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering team building core components of the AI-driven document processing platform. About the Project

We are building and scaling several internal platforms and infrastructure systems, including a proprietary CMS, publishing infrastructure, and a custom CI/CD platform. Instead of relying on typical off-the-shelf solutions, our systems are designed with a heavily tailored architecture focused on performance, scalability, asynchronous processing, and operational flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end platform development

Architect, implement, and support new functionality across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js (Express), and React.

Platform & publishing infrastructure

Develop and improve our custom publishing and live preview systems, including work with Server-Sent Events (SSE), asynchronous workflows, Redis caching, and HTML processing/sanitization pipelines.

Performance & architecture optimization

Identify bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and contribute to the evolution of internal architecture, infrastructure tooling, backend services, and deployment workflows.

- Experience working with CRM systems, user segmentation and lifecycle communication.

- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals: discovery, delivery, hypothesis-driven development.

- Experience working with product metrics.
- Practical experience in hypothesis formulation, validation and experimentation (A/B tests, MVPs, feature launches).

- Solid understanding of prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, WSJF or similar) and backlog management.

- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, analytics, business analysts, business stakeholders.
