Hard Skills:

• Polish – native or fluent level; English – B2 or higher.
• B2B sales experience (2+ years) – you understand sales processes, know how to identify client needs, and work with them effectively.
• CRM experience – you analyze results, optimize processes, and can provide documented examples of increasing conversion rates or average deal value.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills – you know which questions to ask to clearly identify client needs and successfully close deals.

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B sales of telecommunications solutions or software (SaaS).

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating with inbound clients, identifying their needs, and tailoring Ringostat solutions accordingly.
• Conducting demo presentations and effectively handling customer objections.
• Closing deals, achieving sales targets, and managing key metrics such as conversion rate, average deal value, and sales cycle.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Finance, etc.) to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner our product strategy and drive innovation within the B2C sector. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with Epicholding’s growth objectives.
• Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop the product team, promoting professional growth and excellence.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a product role within the iGaming industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior product leadership position in iGaming.
• Experience with B2C online casino products, including planning, launching, and scaling successful projects.
• Familiarity with sweepstake casino operations is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams.

We are looking for Data Analyst. Product: sweepstakes casino, US. 

What you’ll be working on:

• Build a visualized reporting system for an online social casino project, which will consist of the following basic reports: Financial P&L, Unit Economics, Product KPIs, Retention/Cohort Report, Marketing ROMI/ROI Report with predictions, and Conversion Funnel Report.
• Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
• Support the creation of reporting and insights dashboards across the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
   

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• Experience with databases.
• Proficiency with technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, and Python.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets (at least basic knowledge of Excel).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Analytical mindset.
