• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies and competing hiring priorities.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing Hiring Managers with market insights, hiring recommendations, and talent intelligence.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven best practices.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by strengthening Magnetics' presence in the talent market and supporting talent attraction activities.

What we're looking for:
 

• 3 + years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a product company or hiring product teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics, hiring funnels, and market insights to make informed hiring decisions and optimise recruitment performance.
• High level of ownership and accountability, taking full responsibility for hiring outcomes and proactively driving recruitment initiatives from strategy to successful hire.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, LinkedIn AI, and other AI-powered sourcing & productivity tools) to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, market research, interview preparation, recruitment analytics, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels and platforms.
• Proven experience hiring business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, challenge hiring assumptions, and identify talent that creates business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Passion for talent branding. Comfortable representing Magnetics in the talent market by building a professional LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and actively engaging with talent communities.

Requirements:

— 5+ years in analytics at a Trading Desk, CEX, prop trading or market-making firm — not bank BI analytics
— Deep hands-on knowledge of trading mechanics: P&L attribution, spread, slippage, funding rates, quoting uptime, inventory exposure — candidate knows these metrics from practice, not from textbooks
— Python — mandatory: pandas, numpy, report automation, exchange 
API data processing
— SQL — advanced: window functions, CTEs, time-series aggregations
— Tableau — proficient: calculated fields, blending, workbook publishing
— Grafana — operational dashboard design, alert configuration
— Track record of building P&L, position, and operational reports from scratch for a trading desk
— Ability to define the right KPIs independently without extensive onboarding
— Understanding of crypto exchange mechanics: derivatives, futures, spot/perp

Responsibilities:

— Build and own management reporting — independently, from week one
— Configure and maintain dashboards for real-time operational monitoring with alerting
— Audit existing dashboards and correct inaccurate metrics — including restoring broken monitors
— Independently define KPIs: proposes the structure, does not only execute tasks
— Formulate data requirements and pass requests to the tech team
— Support the reporting cycle (daily / weekly / quarterly) with direct interaction with desk heads
— Document calculation methodology and standardise metric definitions

It will be a plus:

— Experience working with market makers or institutional liquidity providers
— Familiarity with major CEX platforms (OKX, Binance, Bybit)
— Experience integrating external market datasets
