AI will be critical to this next phase — and this is where you come in.

As Head of AI, you will lead and build production-grade AI capabilities that help redefine how people discover work and how companies find talent, at scale.

What you will be working on

AI is already part of our product: CV parsing, semantic skill matching, embedding pipelines, OpenAI based agents integrated with our core platform.

You’ll help shape what we build and how – evaluating our stack, recommending changes, and delivering high-impact capabilities like matching, screening, RAG-based support, and assistants, with a focus on quality, cost, and compliance in hiring.

• Design, build, and lead production AI features end-to-end: retrieval, ranking, summarisation, structured extraction, and agent workflows
• Own shared AI primitives – embeddings store, RAG services, evaluation harnesses – reused across multiple product areas
• Deliver high-impact capabilities such as talent–job similarity, explainable candidate
• screening, resume parsing to structured skills, support/knowledgebase Q&A, and job-description assistance
• Integrate AI capabilities into our services with clear APIs, observability, and per-tenant cost tracking
• Define and maintain evaluation suites, regression tests for prompts/retrieval, and monitoring for quality, latency, and cost
• Ensure responsible AI practices: explainability for scoring, audit logging, PII handling and bias awareness in hiring workflows
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship MVPs in focused cycles and iterate based on real usage

What we are looking for:

Required experience

• Strong software engineering experience building production systems
• Solid SQL/PostgreSQL and API design experience
• Demonstrable experience shipping LLM-based features used by real customers, including RAG, embeddings, vector search, and structured LLM outputs
• Experience building evaluation and monitoring for AI systems (golden sets, regression tests, cost/latency telemetry)
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS, async workers (e.g. Celery), and production incident response
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern observability tooling
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English

Highly valued

• OpenAI APIs, Agents SDK, LangChain, or similar agent/orchestration frameworks
• pgvector, Pinecone, or other vector databases; hybrid search with Elasticsearch
• HR tech, marketplaces, or other domains with compliance and high-stakes decisions
• Document understanding (CV/resume parsing) and conversational assistants
• Pragmatic MLOps: feature flags, prompt versioning, shadow deployments
• Experience with fine-tuning or adapting models (e.g. OpenAI fine-tuning, LoRA, domain adapters) when retrieval and prompting are insufficient — including eval before/after and safe rollout
• Awareness of the EU AI Act and its implications for HR/hiring systems (risk classification, transparency, human oversight, documentation)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders. The Senior Recruiter will drive recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process through completion.
• Lead intake meetings and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Promote the company's employer brand through positive candidate engagement and market representation.
• Build relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks when required.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both.
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong professional network.
• Proven experience recruiting for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor experience is an advantage) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Preferred

• Experience in a high-growth, international, or matrixed organization.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who enjoys creating complete digital products - from early concepts through to production-ready interfaces - and wants to have a real impact on multiple international products.

As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process across a range of web and mobile products. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend and Backend Engineers to create intuitive, scalable and visually engaging user experiences.
