What to Expect
- You’ll be at the foundation of a new iGaming brand, with an ambitious goal to bring the project to break-even and then scale it into profitability.
- You’ll have full support from our established brands and internal expertise. This role involves deep, hands-on involvement across all areas of the iGaming business, with a clear path to grow into the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Your Responsibilities
- Launching and growing a new gambling brand (casino + sportsbook)
- Developing a go-to-market strategy and executing it step by step
- Overseeing all core verticals: traffic acquisition, retention, product, platform, payments, CRM, affiliate
- Setting up and optimizing operational processes:
- Calculating unit economics (FTD, CPA, LTV, payback)
- Mapping customer journeys (CX) from registration to repeat deposits
- Building and improving funnels (activation, retention, reactivation, upsell)
- Sourcing and integrating tech and product solutions: payment providers, bonus mechanics, affiliate tools, external services
- Building and leading a team: from hands-on management to structured scaling
- Daily collaboration with marketing, analytics, product, and finance teams
- Gradually shifting from hands-on execution to systematic business management
