    What is the project about?

The project is from the Netherlands, it consists of many short-term sub-projects which create loyalty campaigns for clients from all over the world. These are applications with mini-games for different stores, festivals, entertainment companies, etc.

You will join the professional team consisting of a Lead UI/UX Designer, a Senior Graphic Designer, a Senior UI/UX Designer, a PM, and the developers’ team on the client’s side.

     How many stages of the interview are there?

• Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
• Technical interview with a Design Lead and a Hiring Manager — up to 1 h;
• Technical interview with the Client.
  
  Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in commercial projects;
• Strong graphic design skills, understanding of color theory, typography, and ability to create basic assets;
• Experience in designing in 2d or isometry;
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
• Strong UI/UX expertise;
• Understanding of the Design Thinking process;
• Excellent skills in Figma and understanding of all of its features;
• Ability to create component libraries from scratch;
• Ability to match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
• A fiendish eye for detail and empathy for our customers;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  
  
  Will be a plus:
• Background in designing for e-commerce;
• A portfolio with your latest works;
• Experience with Spline and Rive (or similar);
• Experience with illustration creation (both vector and raster).
  
  Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with innovative entrepreneurs aka clients and explain design rationale on the top management level;
• Work on the design of mobile application projects in different spheres (preferably e-commerce);
• Get involved in all stages of the UX Design process;
• Setting up a perfect design system using Design Token methodology;
• Match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
• Ensure the design is correctly implemented by developers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or similar role.
• Experience in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and organizational dynamics.
• Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

• Partner with leadership teams to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Support managers in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cases.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
• Lead or support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to optimize hiring needs and ensure high-quality recruitment.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
• Coach managers on effective leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Design and implement REST / GraphQL APIs
• Integrate, customize, and extend the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.)
• Implement server-side business logic and workflow automations
• Integrate third-party services and external APIs
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability

• 5+ years of commercial development experience

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
• Experience integrating external services (payments, CRM, ERP, marketing tools)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Experience working with Git
