Jobs at Djinni

We are looking for an AI Engineer with practical experience in robotics, simulation, synthetic data and AI agents.

The first priority for this role is to understand how our 3D, simulation and configurator expertise can be useful for robotics teams: what training data they need, how synthetic data can help, where real-world data is required, and which product hypotheses are worth testing.

You will work at the intersection of AI, robotics, 3D/simulation and production software engineering. We expect you to be able to move from an unclear problem to research, technical discovery, prototype, evaluation and a clear recommendation for the next step.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze our current 3D/simulation projects and identify possible use cases for robotics.
• Understand data requirements for training and evaluating robotics models.
• Define where synthetic data, 3D scenes, procedural generation and simulation can create value.
• Build prototypes and experiments for selected robotics or AI scenarios.
• Design and implement AI-agent systems around LLMs, tools, APIs and internal data.
• Integrate AI models into working services, pipelines and tools.
• Set up evaluation, logging, monitoring and feedback loops for AI systems.
• Work with developers, 3D artists, product stakeholders and potential users.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience building backend services, APIs or ML systems.
• Practical experience with robotics, robotic simulation, autonomous systems or related domains.
• Experience with synthetic data, simulation environments, 3D/game engines or data generation pipelines.
• Understanding of ML data lifecycle: collection, generation, labeling, validation, versioning and evaluation.
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI models into real products or internal tools.
• Experience with AI agents: tool calling, API integration, RAG, context/state management, retries and fallback logic.
• Ability to deploy and operate AI services using Docker, cloud or similar infrastructure.

Nice to have:

• ROS/ROS2, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, Unity, Unreal Engine or Blender.
• Camera/LiDAR/depth/segmentation datasets.
• Domain randomization, Sim2Real, reinforcement learning or imitation learning.
• LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or custom agent orchestration.
• PyTorch/TensorFlow, fine-tuning, model evaluation or ML experiment tracking.
• Experience in game development, VFX, 3D pipelines or digital twins.

In the first 30 days, we expect you to understand our project context, analyze possible robotics use cases, describe data requirements and propose several product hypotheses.

By 60 days, we expect a working prototype or technical experiment, clear evaluation criteria, documented findings and a recommendation on whether to continue, change direction or stop the selected hypothesis.

💼 Cooperation type: Full-time

We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Analytics team.

We are building the data platform that serves both our analytics and operational data needs. In this role you will own significant parts of the platform architecture — from design through deployment — and build the pipelines and services that make the company’s data flow reliably between systems. You will work with large, complex datasets and high-throughput pipelines, and you will own a major greenfield project connecting our production systems with our CRM.

About us:
Stape is a global product-driven IT company and the #1 leader in the server-side tracking market. We’re building a powerful, technically complex product that simplifies server-side tracking for marketers and website owners. Our platform processes over 5 billion requests daily, helping improve tracking accuracy and data privacy for more than 200, 000 clients worldwide. We work closely with top tech partners, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok to provide advanced tracking capabilities.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a data engineer (platform/pipeline building, not only report maintenance).
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related technical field.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience organizing, monitoring, and maintaining data infrastructure: managing ETL/ELT processes, writing tests for data pipelines, and monitoring data consistency.
• Practical experience with GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Logging, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Datastream, Pub/Sub.
• Practical experience with Dataform (or dbt).
• Experience with a workflow orchestrator (Apache Airflow or similar) — scheduling, dependency management (DAGs), retries, and backfills.
• Experience with both batch and streaming data processing.
• Ability to build custom Python services and server-to-server API integrations (e.g. FastAPI).
• Understanding of data modeling for analytics — including star schema and lakehouse/medallion (bronze/silver/gold) design patterns.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

Will be a plus

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker); Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating CRM or third-party SaaS platforms via their APIs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) — building bidirectional data syncs, handling webhooks, and reconciling records across systems.
• Change Data Capture (CDC) experience for near-real-time replication.
• Stream processing (Apache Flink, Dataflow) and open table formats (Apache Iceberg).
• Owning data platform architecture end-to-end — technology selection and implementation standards.
• Experience with MySQL.

Duties and responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure for reliable extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a variety of sources.
• Design and build batch and streaming pipelines that meet business requirements.
• Own the design and delivery of a bidirectional sync between our production systems and our CRM.
• Conduct SQL performance tuning for existing queries in cloud databases (primarily BigQuery).
• Create and maintain optimized data models and schemas (including star schema and medallion layers) for analytics.
• Evaluate data for integrity and accuracy; work with teams to backfill gaps where found.
• Design and implement data security and governance measures.
• Collaborate with analysts to improve data collection and processing.
• Work with stakeholders on data-related technical issues and support their infrastructure needs.
• Participate in strategic, data-related decision-making.

RISK inc: An International iGaming Company Pushing the Boundaries of Entertainment

Who We Are: An international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. With 1000+ professionals in 20+ locations, we operate in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers.

Always Pushing the Boundaries? You Already Belong at RISK!

Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We're looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Customer Support team and help build a quality assurance system that actually improves service.

If you genuinely enjoy monitoring, can defend your evaluations with solid reasoning, and care about doing the work well even when it's not the easy path - we'd like to talk.

Why this role: This isn't a role where you follow a fixed checklist - you'll have real ownership over how quality is measured and how training is built. Your input directly shapes how agents are evaluated and developed, and your feedback on recurring customer issues feeds back into product and process decisions. If you're someone who naturally looks for what could work better and likes building things from scratch, there's a lot of room here to do that.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality monitoring, analyze results, provide structured feedback, and track improvements.
• Support agent onboarding by developing training materials, assessments, and delivering training sessions.
• Conduct knowledge assessments, identify gaps, and organize targeted training.
• Maintain and improve the knowledge base, response macros, scoring guidelines, assessments, and AI prompts.
• Analyze customer complaints, repeat contacts, and monitoring results to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions together with relevant teams and measure their impact.
• Track key support quality metrics and prepare regular reports.

What matters to us:

• 1+ year of experience in iGaming within Customer Support Quality, Training, VIP/Customer Experience, or Support Operations.
• Practical experience in quality monitoring, onboarding, knowledge management, or support process improvement.
• Fluent Ukrainian and English at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn identified problems into practical, measurable solutions.
• Understanding of key Customer Support and customer experience metrics.
• Ownership, initiative, and confidence in providing honest, well-reasoned feedback.
• Readiness for regular, detail-oriented quality monitoring alongside training and project tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience building or optimizing QA processes.
• Experience developing knowledge bases, macros, scoring guides, or training materials.
• Experience using AI tools for Customer Support or quality monitoring.
• Experience working across different GEOs.
• Knowledge of Turkish.

Ready to build, improve and ship? Let’s talk!

Location: 100% remote (EMEA, CET±2), with team gatherings in person a few times a year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: €60.000 to €90.000 annually, adjusted by experience and location

At Miaplaza, we build homeschool platforms that kids aged 4–18 actually want to use — Miacademy, MiaPrep, and our Online High School are serving over 150.000 students today. Our product foundations are strong. What we want next is a step change in how our products feel: more expressive illustration, more purposeful motion, more moments of craft that turn a lesson into something a kid remembers.

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer whose craft anchor is illustration and motion. Our design team is small and senior, five designers when you join, and each brings a distinct strength: brand, design systems, research, and now yours

The role

You'd own product design for the student learning experience end-to-end: from problem framing through delivery, in a Product Trio with a PM and EM who have strong opinions and expect yours. This is product work with real trade-offs — pedagogical, technical, and business — and you're accountable for how it lands, not just how it looks.

Beyond Curriculum, you'd set the illustration and motion bar for all of Miaplaza: the standards, motion principles, and character direction that the other designers and the design system build from.

A defining part of the role is art-directing AI-assisted production. You'd build the prompts, references, and review process that let a small team produce quality illustration and motion at a scale hand-crafting alone can't reach. We don't expect you to know every current tool — we expect the taste and judgment to direct output rather than accept defaults.

You'd report to the Head of UX, with regular 1:1s covering craft, product, and career growth. The direction is upward: deeper craft leadership, cross-product influence, or both.

You must have all of these to be considered:

• A portfolio of shipped digital product work — not only concepts or standalone pieces
• At least 2 years working inside a product team, collaborating with PMs and engineers
• Strong illustration or motion skills, with at least 1 year focused on either as a primary craft
• Proficiency in Figma
• Some experience directing or guiding visual work produced by others — freelancers, junior designers, or AI tools

You’ll stand out if you also have:

• Deep motion skills in product contexts: interactions, transitions, onboarding, character animation
• Experience using AI image or motion tools as production accelerators
• Confidence running your own usability research, not just receiving findings
• Multi-brand or education-focused design experience
• Accessibility practice, especially for neurodivergent audiences

This probably isn’t right for you if:

• Your work hasn't yet lived inside a live product with real constraints
• You prefer well-scoped tasks over shaping ambiguous problems
• You see AI tools as either a threat to craft or a shortcut around it

Our hiring process

As a remote company, we receive a large number of applicants, and finding the best fit for this role is our top priority — that’s why our process is longer than usual. At every stage, we try to be respectful of your time and grateful you’re spending it with us.

1. Application and eligibility check — work authorization, timezone, availability
2. Async assessment — 12 scenario-based, multiple-choice questions (~30 min) + when qualifying; 3 open questions (max. 45 min)
   1. If you pass the multiple choice section, you will be asked to complete 3 open written questions (max. 45 min)
3. Portfolio review — the design team will review your best work and thinking
4. Behavioral interview — a conversation with our People team about how you work
5. Take-home design task — ~60 minutes, scoped for this role, AI tools encouraged
6. Hiring team interview — with a design team member and the Head of UX
7. Skip-level conversation — with executive leadership
8. Reference checks

We give honest, timely feedback at every step. Job searches are hard; we don't want to make yours harder.

Compensation and setup

The pay range for this role is €60,000 - 90,000. Miaplaza’s compensation philosophy ensures equity and competitiveness while considering regional differences in labor costs. Placement within a range is determined based on factors such as demonstrated skills, internal equity, and local labor market rates for the candidate’s geographic area.

Miaplaza is a growing, self-funded EdTech company. We're an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need accommodations at any point in the process, just let us know.
