• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT companies
• Hands-on experience in SEO sales
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, goals, and performance metrics
• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, referrals, and conferences
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including client meetings and pre-sale demos

Nice to have 💎

• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Hands-on experience with cold outreach strategies
• Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Search for and establish contact with potential clients through various channels (conferences, cold communications, etc.)
• Independently assess potential brands and their fit with company services
• Identify and analyze both explicit and hidden client needs
• Conduct presentations of company services during the pre-sale stage
• Organize meetings between potential clients and internal team experts
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and performance reports

• Responsibilities:

  - Design and develop modern web applications.
  - Extend and refactor existing systems as part of ongoing product evolution.
  - Implement business features and actively contribute to architectural and design decisions.
  - Participate in estimations and drive technical improvements as part of the team's development process.
  - Conduct code reviews and collaborate with peers to maintain codebase standards.
  - Analyse and resolve issues in test and production environments.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  - 3-4+ years of commercial experience as a React Frontend developer
  - Solid knowledge of React, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML/CSS
  - Good spoken English and solid communication skills overall
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  - Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering
  - Experience with backend technologies like Java or Node.js
  - Experience with Linux systems, bash, Docker, Maven is nice to have
  - Desire to learn Java and become a Full Stack developer
