Jobs at Djinni

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer who can independently own the creative testing process - from research and hypothesis development to briefing, performance analysis, iteration, and reporting.

You should feel confident working with performance data, understanding why creatives win or lose, and turning those insights into the next round of tests.

AI is also a big part of how we work - not only for research and ideation, but also for building smarter workflows, improving output quality, and automating repetitive parts of creative production.

Your day-to-day:

• Research competitors, audiences, trends, and winning creative approaches
• Develop new creative hypotheses and testing ideas
• Turn hypotheses into clear briefs for Motion and Graphic Designers
• Track creative performance and testing results week over week
• Analyze results and identify what should be iterated, scaled, or deprioritized
• Develop iterations of successful concepts and hypotheses
• Work closely with designers and provide clear creative feedback
• Contribute to weekly client reports with creative insights, learnings, and next steps
• Use AI tools for research, copywriting, briefing, analysis, and other parts of the creative workflow
• Build or improve AI-assisted workflows and automations for recurring tasks

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar performance marketing role
• Strong understanding of performance creative strategy and testing
• Ability to independently research and develop new creative hypotheses
• Experience analyzing creative performance and making data-driven decisions
• Strong briefing, copywriting, and communication skills
• Good understanding of key UA metrics such as CTR, CPA/CPI, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and conversion metrics
• Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
• Experience creating advanced prompts, custom AI workflows, skills, or automations
• Ability to manage your own workload and move projects forward independently
• English B2+

Nice to have:

• Experience working directly with clients
• Experience preparing creative performance reports
• Experience with automation or no-code tools
• Good understanding of Motion and Graphic Design production

What we offer:

• Flexible part-time or freelance collaboration
• Work with international digital products across different industries
• Direct involvement in creative strategy and testing
• Access to a wide range of creative, research, and AI tools
• Freedom to introduce new tools, workflows, and automation ideas
• Minimal bureaucracy and no unnecessary meetings
• Fully remote work
• Collaboration with experienced Creative and UA teams

Contact us if you:

• Are proactive and comfortable working independently
• Care about performance, not just creative output
• Enjoy turning research and data into new creative ideas
• Like testing hypotheses and continuously improving what works
• Actively use AI to work smarter and faster
• Take ownership and don’t need someone to define every next step

Duration: 1 year+
Rate: up to $18/hour
Location: Remote — candidates outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine
Start: ASAP / within 2 weeks
English: B2+

Schedule: preferably shifted toward US working hours — approximately 13:00–22:00 Yerevan time

Interview process

The selection process includes 2 preliminary technical interviews.

This is a long-term opportunity to work with a large international organization and manage several products and teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Who we are:

We're a fast-growing telehealth product launched in 2025, backed by an established e-commerce company with roots going back to 2012. We're focused on the US market, building a platform that connects patients with doctors for real medical care: think weight-loss treatment, prescriptions, and insurance-covered telehealth visits, all wrapped in a strict, HIPAA-conscious environment. Our user base is growing fast, and our team is remote-first across multiple countries.

Role overview:
As a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for entire product areas — not isolated features. You'll work as part of the team rather than above it: deciding what's worth improving, making it happen together with engineering and design, and staying accountable for the result.

What will you do:

• Own your product areas end to end: understand how they work today, find what holds them back, and drive the improvements that matter most.
• Work hand in hand with engineering, QA, design, BI, and marketing — as a team player who helps the team ship, not as someone who hands over requirements and waits.
• Dig into customer needs, problems, and opportunities: talk to users, study support conversations and behavior data, and tell apart what people ask for from what they actually need.
• Help shape product strategy, roadmap development, and quarterly planning.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to evaluate outcomes and guide decisions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate product opportunities into clear requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout delivery.
• Partner with Customer Success and other stakeholders to gather feedback and turn it into product improvements.
• Communicate product priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and results to relevant stakeholders.
• Grow with the product — we move fast, priorities shift, and the scope of what you own will expand as the product does.

Requirements for a Candidate:

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap development through backlog prioritization, delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, market research, competitor analysis, and hypothesis validation.
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track product KPIs, analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, churn, LTV, CAC, and revenue impact.
• Experience with A/B testing, product experiments, and decision-making based on metrics.
• Solid knowledge of stakeholder management and risk management.
• Good understanding of unit economics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, or workflow automation.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher, both written and spoken, for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Bonus points:

• Experience with US healthcare or insurance products — telehealth, pharmacy, EHR/EMR, or claims and coverage flows. A strong plus, but not required; we just want you to be prepared for how strict a HIPAA-conscious environment is.
• Experience with AI-enabled features in production — not prototypes, but features real users depend on, with the quality, cost, and edge-case handling that implies.
• Experience with BPMN or other process modeling tools — one of the most effective ways to align engineering, QA, and business stakeholders on how a flow should work.
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps for iOS and/or Android, including release cycles and app store review.

Team & culture:

• The core team has worked together for years (some 8–10+), even though this product itself is a young spin-off — you're joining an experienced crew, not a green startup team.
• Direct, no-nonsense communication culture — disagreeing with your manager is normal and welcomed, not risky.
• You work closely with engineering, QA, BI, design, marketing, and customer success — a real cross-functional team behind you.
• AI tools are part of daily life here: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others — used deliberately, not as a crutch.
• Remote-first across multiple countries; reasonable overlap with the team's working hours matters more than where you sit.

What we offer:

• Competitive compensation based on your skills and experience.
• Flexible schedule and remote work options.
• 20 working days of paid vacation per year.
• 5 paid sick days per year.
• Coverage for conferences, workshops, and professional training.

What we expect from you

We value people who don't wait for detailed instructions.

You should be comfortable receiving a business request, understanding what is needed for the integration, collecting the required information, contacting the right provider or internal team, resolving blockers, and bringing the payment method to production.

You won't simply coordinate integrations — you'll own them.

As our Senior AI Engineer, you'll own the intelligence layer of the platform — the gateway, tools, retrieval, and evaluation that let an AI assistant read and act inside a regulated ERP as the signed-in user, and never as anything more. In manufacturing that answers to auditors, an assistant that's confidently wrong, or that touches a record it shouldn't, is worse than no assistant at all. Your work is making AI trustworthy enough to put in front of a quality manager.

This isn't a role for working through a queue of well-specified tickets.

You'll take large features from a loose problem statement to production — agentic workflows, AI on mobile for the shop floor, and the system and infrastructure changes underneath them. You'll decide what to build as much as how, and you'll push for the breakthrough features that make customers switch, not only the ones already on the roadmap.

The ideal candidate thrives in startup ambiguity, moves with real urgency, and has a track record of turning open-ended problems into shipped products without waiting to be told what's next.

What You'll Do

01 — Take large features from idea to production.

Own agentic workflows and AI on mobile end to end. Start from the user's problem, shape the solution, write the plan and the tickets, build the React and mobile interfaces that make AI output trustworthy and actionable, ship it, and measure whether it worked.

02 — Make and own large system changes.

Propose, defend, and carry through the architecture and infrastructure the AI layer depends on — background agents and job queues, observability, cost metering, per-tenant limits, and model version pinning.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years building and shipping production software, including 2+ years shipping LLM-powered features to real users, and a track record of owning large features end to end.

- AI-native engineering practice — you've rebuilt how you work around agents rather than adding them to an old workflow. Claude Cowork as your primary tool, with strong hands-on experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar; you direct agents through most of the implementation and stay disciplined about the quality, stability, and extensibility of what they produce.

- Product sense and ownership — you work from problems, not specs. You figure out what users and the business actually need, write your own tickets, make the call when the answer isn't obvious, and drive work to done without needing direction repeated.

- Production LLM application engineering — tool calling, structured output, prompt and context design, and streaming, with Claude, OpenAI, or similar, via AWS Bedrock or direct APIs.

- Retrieval-augmented generation in production — chunking, embeddings, and hybrid search on pgvector or equivalent, with access control enforced at retrieval time.

- Evaluation and AI security discipline — you've built eval suites that gate releases, and you design against prompt injection, data leakage through tool output, and cross-tenant access from the start.

- Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js in production — enough to own the AI experience end to end rather than hand it off.

- Production experience with PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimization, and operating it at scale.

- Hands-on with AWS services — Bedrock, RDS, Fargate, S3, VPCs, IoT Core, DynamoDB, and related infrastructure.

- Disciplined engineering fundamentals — SOLID, DRY, and Domain-Driven Design applied to complex business domains, with unit and integration tests as part of your normal workflow.

- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Early-stage startup experience — you've shipped at weekly cadence, owned outcomes rather than tasks, and built something new that changed what the product could do.

- Shipped mobile applications — React Native or similar — for field, operator, or shop-floor use.

- Experience building manufacturing software or Industrial IoT systems — ERP, MES, or SCADA platforms, or machine connectivity over MQTT, OPC-UA, or similar.

- Hands-on with the Model Context Protocol — MCP servers or clients, and OAuth 2.1 authorization for agents.

- C# / .NET experience, as our core services move to a C# and AWS architecture.

- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GAMP 5, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, or similar.

Readiness to work from 16:00 till 01:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

Scalivo provides Operations-as-a-Service for growing ecommerce brands and tech companies. We place experienced, tech-savvy operators directly into our clients' existing setups to handle day-to-day operations, back-office processes, and talent execution where automation stops. We are managing this recruitment process on behalf of our partner client, MYNE.

About the Client - MYNE

MYNE is Europe’s leading fractional co-ownership platform for premium holiday homes, headquartered in Berlin with properties in 25+ top vacation destinations across Europe.

We bring together two complementary builder teams under one roof: a high-agency Engineering team (optimizing for scalability, security, and sustainability) and AI Builders (optimizing for speed using no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted tools).

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager - Platform to own the operating system behind our co-ownership offering (property acquisition, launch, co-owner operations, property management, and our owner app) and unite engineers and AI Builders on one single roadmap.

Team Setup: You’ll closely collaborate with 3–5 engineers and 2–3 AI Builders in a matrix environment (acting as a dotted-line partner).

This is a highly operational, hands-on role.

What You Will Do

• One Joined Roadmap: Manage prioritization, specs, alignment, and QA for both engineers (requiring technical stringency) and AI Builders (requiring lightweight 80/20 structures) without slowing execution down.
• Paired Projects & Productization: Facilitate joint projects between engineers and AI Builders, defining clear paths to productize AI-built prototypes into the core platform once validated.
• Processes & Risk Awareness: Maintain lightweight intake processes, surface security/scalability risks in AI solutions, and bring essential engineering practices (monitoring, documentation) to the automation layer. Note: Formal enforcement of non-negotiable guardrails and compliance sits with a separate dedicated function, not with this role.

• Senior Product Voice: Drive consistent product practices and act as the senior product voice across all dimensions (Growth, Finance, Platform).
