This role is non‑technical in the sense that heavy software development or ML engineering is not required; strong domain knowledge in testing, product requirements and evaluation is essential. You will take part in working with a lead conversion platform, powered by AI and integrations, helps local businesses convert leads faster, communicate easier, and make more sales. 

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and iterate prompt templates, system instructions and example-based scaffolding for LLM-driven features.

About you:

— 5+ years with DevOps practices

— Experience with CI/CD tools

— Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (GCP is preferred)
— Good knowledge of modern monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus/Grafana a plus)
