• Editor & visual builder improvements: Enhance our in-house React-based builder and rich-text editor by adding new components, shortcodes, and draft/publish flows.
• Publishing engine: Support and improve our custom site generation and live preview system, including work with Server-Sent Events (SSE), HTML parsing/sanitization (htmlparser2), and Redis caching.
• State handling: Work with complex, high-frequency frontend state using Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and Shared Web Workers for cross-tab synchronization.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong TypeScript & Node.js expertise: Deep understanding of modern TypeScript and Node.js internals, including async patterns, event loop, memory handling, and garbage collection.
• Advanced React skills: Solid experience with hooks, performance tuning, and complex state management using Redux Toolkit.
• Engineering mindset: Comfortable working beyond standard frameworks (e.g., avoiding typical solutions like Next.js/Prisma) and contributing to custom architectures, code generators, and IPC-based services.
• Tech Leadership: Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a technical lead. Ability to drive technical decisions, mentor developers, coordinate implementation efforts, and take ownership of the overall technical quality and architecture of the product.
• Ownership mentality: Proactively identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and take responsibility for delivering features from idea to production and monitoring.
• High autonomy: Ability to operate independently, handle unclear requirements, and navigate complex or undocumented codebases.

Build and optimize lead generation funnels across platforms such as ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and similar tools. Responsible for front-end funnel development, Meta Pixel and Conversion API implementations, tracking setup, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and marketing automation integrations to improve lead volume and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar funnel builders
• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking
• Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript preferred)

What we look for (Requirements):

— 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;
— At least 2 year of experience testing Web3 products or chains (L1/L2 blockchain, protocols, smart contracts);
— Experience with test automation (framework setup and maintenance);
— Experience working with analytics and monitoring/observability tools;
— Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and release management processes;
— Solid knowledge of API testing tools and practices;
— Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis;
— Experience in setting up and implementing QA processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones;
— Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (test integration, pipeline configuration);
— AI Agentic experience (Claude Code / Codex / other agentic tooling);
— Practical experience creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and bug reports in Jira and/or Qase;

What you will do:

— Own QA processes across all Whitechain products: define, implement, and continuously improve standards and best practices;
— Test Web3 products: blockchain functionality, wallet integrations, bridge, RPC, and smart contracts;
— Perform functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and exploratory/ad-hoc testing;
— Analyze logs, network requests, and blockchain explorer data to investigate defects;
— Create, maintain, and update test cases, checklists, and QA documentation;
— Document and track defects in bug tracking systems; manage full bug lifecycle;
— Participate in refinements, planning sessions, requirement analysis, and release activities;
— Lead root cause analysis of production incidents;
— Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams;
— Analyze test results, track quality metrics, and report QA status to stakeholders;
— Define and drive automation strategy; promote integration of automated tests into CI/CD;
— Mentor and provide guidance to the QA Engineers; support knowledge sharing within the team;
