About the Role:

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer on our core product team, you will own the full software development lifecycle for multi-architecture, cross-platform C++ modules that power on-chip monitoring and data analytics in advanced test systems. You will work in a small, self-sufficient team responsible end-to-end for a customer-facing product, collaborating with software, hardware and science stakeholders. The role combines feature design and implementation with infrastructure ownership, CI/CD automation and direct customer integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cross-platform C++ software for Linux and Windows environments.

About the Role
We’re looking for a senior Python engineer to help evolve and scale a critical transaction
processing platform that handles millions of financial transactions every month. This is not a
CRUD application, a chatbot project, or an AI prototype.

You’ll be working on a distributed, event-driven system responsible for ingesting, processing,
classifying, enriching and synchronising financial transaction data across multiple services and
products. The platform sits at the centre of our ecosystem and communicates with systems
written in Python, PHP and TypeScript.

The role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing distributed systems, building
production-grade APIs, optimising LLM-powered workflows, and understanding the
consequences of architectural decisions across multiple interconnected services. Experience
with LangGraph, AWS SQS, SQL and LLM optimisation is mandatory.

A significant portion of the platform relies on graph-based workflows for transaction
classification, orchestration, enrichment and decision-making. We are looking for engineers who
have built and operated LangGraph systems in production, understand event-driven
architectures at scale, and know how to optimise LLM usage through intelligent caching,
batching, routing and cost controls. Every change has a ripple effect across queues, APIs,
databases, classification pipelines, tax calculations and customer-facing products. Success in
this role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate
downstream impacts before they become production incidents.

The Platform
Our transaction processing platform is responsible for:

• Processing millions of financial transactions
• Parsing structured and unstructured financial data
• Classifying transactions using LLM-powered workflows
• Extracting and enriching financial information
• Synchronising data across multiple internal services
• Feeding downstream bookkeeping, tax and reporting systems

Operating asynchronously through distributed worker architectures
The platform combines traditional backend engineering, distributed systems design and modern
AI orchestration techniques.

Example Problems You Might Solve
1. Designing a classification workflow capable of processing hundreds of thousands of
transactions daily without creating bottlenecks.
2. Building cache strategies that reduce LLM costs by 70% while maintaining classification
accuracy.
3. Designing idempotent processing pipelines that safely recover from worker failures and
duplicate events.
4. Tracing inconsistencies across Python, PHP and TypeScript systems to identify the root
cause of financial data discrepancies.
5. Designing queue architectures that remain performant as transaction volumes increase
significantly.
6. Identifying and mitigating subtle downstream impacts of schema, workflow or classification
changes before deployment.

We build demand generation and performance systems — not one-off campaigns. The team is lean, fully remote, and operates without bureaucracy: direct communication, no account managers, results over process.

We're in an active growth stage and looking for an analyst to own the data layer in our delivery.

About the Role

This is not a dashboarding or reporting role.

Your job is to identify where revenue is lost, explain why it happens, and quantify the business impact. You'll work directly with the founder, get full access to clients' revenue stack (CRM, ad accounts, financials), and own the analytical deliverables that drive client decisions.

You will cover three core products:

• Revenue Architecture Diagnostic
• AI Visibility Audit
• AI Revenue Operations Audit

What You'll Do

• Intake and process data from GA4, CRM, ad accounts, and email platforms
• Build attribution views and detect tracking gaps
• Calculate CAC, LTV, payback period, and margin from real client data
• Run funnel drop-off analysis and revenue leak detection
• Run citation testing for AI Visibility audits — testing how clients appear across AI-driven search platforms (40–60 queries × 5 platforms per audit)
• Support process mapping for AI RevOps audits
• Write revenue audit reports (30–45 pages) and process audit reports (25–35 pages)
• Build ROI projection models in Excel / Google Sheets

• Work autonomously — no step-by-step guidance, no micromanagement

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years in a performance, growth, or analytics role — B2B, SaaS, or digital agency context
• GA4 at an advanced level: event-based tracking, conversion paths, attribution models — building setups from scratch, not just reading them
• One BI tool (Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, or PowerBI) — building self-sufficient dashboards independently
• Excel / Google Sheets advanced: pivot tables, financial modeling, lookups, conditional logic
• Basic SQL: SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY
• Strong analytical writing — ability to turn data into business-visible, human-readable insights
• Structured analytical thinking with a business-outcomes orientation
• English B2+

Who We're Looking For

You've worked with fragmented, multi-source client data. You build the infrastructure when it doesn't exist. You know how to turn analytical findings into a story a CEO or CMO will act on — and you can model the revenue impact behind every recommendation. If you need a fully built data stack and a detailed brief to get started, this role isn't the right fit.

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist to own the technical and analytical delivery of our AI Visibility Audit product — the diagnostic that shows clients how their brand performs in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, and what to do about it.

The DACH market in 2026 treats GEO/AEO as a must-have, but mature providers with a real methodology are scarce. This role is for someone who has actually run citation tracking in production — not someone who added "GEO" to their title last year.

You will work directly with the founding team and clients. No intermediary layers. 3–4 concurrent audits at different stages is the expected pace.

Fully remote and async. No probation period — the first audit serves as the screen. Direct relationship with the founder and clients, no account management layer.

Key responsibilities

• Run citation testing across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews — 40–60 queries × 5 platforms per audit
• Branded vs. non-branded query testing; competitor visibility benchmarking (3–5 competitors per audit)
• Entity recognition checks: Wikipedia, Wikidata, knowledge graph, Crunchbase, G2
• Technical AI-readiness audit: schema markup, structured data, FAQ blocks, llms.txt, robots.txt for AI crawlers, content structure for passage-level retrieval
• Content gap analysis — which intent categories competitors own, which are still open
• Build a 90-day GEO/AEO roadmap with prioritization and effort estimates per client
• Cover the SEO layer within the Digital Infrastructure component of the Revenue Architecture Diagnostic
• Support the Lead Consultant during AI Visibility final client presentations

Requirements 

• 3–5 years in SEO + hands-on GEO/AEO experience in 2025–2026 (citation tracking, AI visibility monitoring in production)
• Advanced technical SEO: Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush
• Schema.org and structured data — own implementation, not just coordination with developers
• Knows llms.txt and AI crawler robots.txt directives
• Understands passage-level optimization, query fan-out, and entity recognition as real practices
• Can produce analytical technical visualizations: citation heatmaps, gap maps (not just checklists)
• English B2+
• Ready to work as a contractor from day one (no full-time from the start)
• Can share real audit examples (anonymized / blurred body is fine)

• Experience with AI visibility tooling: Profound, Otterly, Conductor AEO, AthenaHQ
