As an Email Marketing Manager, you will own and evolve our email and SMS marketing strategy. You’ll blend creativity and analytics to nurture meaningful relationships with customers at every stage of the lifecycle. 

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns and automations, analyzing performance, and continuously testing new ideas to improve results. Over time, you’ll be encouraged to take greater ownership of projects and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow subscriber lists, maintain list hygiene and strong sender reputation.
• Drive user retention through Email and SMS channels
• Build and manage audience segments based on user behavior and lifecycle stage
• Plan, create, and manage Email and SMS campaigns/automated flows. Write compelling copies and collaborate with designers on visuals and layouts
• Monitor the performance closely, analyze results, outline next steps
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, incentives, etc.)
• Bring fresh ideas and improvements that help push performance forward

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing
• Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting skills with a customer-first mindset
• Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance (understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
• Results-driven mindset with the knack for analyzing data, forecasting outcomes, and proposing testable hypotheses
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

• Experience working with Magento
• Background in e-commerce

• Responsibilities:

  Design, develop, and execute robust automated test scenarios on a daily basis, utilizing Python as the primary scripting language.
  Framework Management: Actively contribute to a new and maintain the existing automation frameworks
  Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing detailed test scenarios
  Engage in specialized testing of automotive systems, including validation of in-vehicle components
  Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners within the Scrum framework, actively participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

   

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  Prior work with embedded or automotive systems, especially in the context of multi-ECU scenarios.
  Proven experience developing, debugging, and maintaining Python code for automated testing.
  Thoroughly analyze logs, and quickly resolve issues within automated testing pipelines.
  Experience managing Python virtual environments and dependencies.
  Experience with Git for version control and JFrog Artifactory
  Ability to read and follow technical documentation in English.
  Strong communication skills for collaboration with developers, testers.

   

• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  Experience with test automation for automotive multimedia, connectivity, and driver-assistance features.
  Hands-on expertise with modern test automation frameworks, especially those supporting Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and keyword-driven testing.
  Skilled in translating requirements and Gherkin scenarios into robust, executable automation logic.
  Ability to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot both hand-written and AI-generated Python test scripts for reliability and maintainability.
  Experience integrating automated tests with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) benches via industry-standard APIs (such as ASAM HIL).
  Hands on experience with testing of ADAS features such as Camera, Parking Assist, and Driving Assistance modules.
  Experience with requirements gap analysis, traceability, and coverage reporting for ADAS or other safety-critical automotive systems.
  Exposure to automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

• At least 3 years of experience in the information security field, including but not limited to: Web/Mobile Application Security, Cloud Security, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, etc.
• Ability to manually find and exploit basic web vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with OWASP Security Testing Guides, OWASP Top 10
• Knowledge and understanding of Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS), Authentication and Security protocols
• Strong communication troubleshooting skills
• Good English skills (Intermediate+)
• Self-disciplined

Will be a plus:

• Experience in web/mobile development
• Relevance certifications such as AWS Cloud Security, EC-Council CEH, Offensive Security: OSCP, OSWE, OSCE

You will:

Drive company application security and product improvements:

• Performing security assessment and internal penetration testing
• Working closely with Developers and DevOps on promoting, clarification, and implementing leading security mechanisms in the products and infrastructure
• Provide guidance on secure system architecture (including cloud security) and software development processes aiming to achieve best in class security for our products
• Estimate application security risks and suggest mitigation strategies, maintain Threat Modeling
• Assess current application security posture against OWASP ASVS and MASVS

Drive vulnerability management including:

• Provide recommendation and best practice on vulnerability remediation
• Facilitate, communicate, and assess mitigation steps
• Help key stakeholders to understand the vulnerabilities

Participate as (SME) subject matter expert in security incidents assessment, analysis, and remediation.
