HR Operations Specialist ensures that people-related operations at INSART run predictably, transparently, and data-driven.

The role owns core HR operational processes, enables smooth employee experience, and continuously improves systems and workflows based on metrics, insights, and process analysis.

• HRMS PeopleForce Administration & Data Integrity
  HRMS PeopleForce is fully administered and kept up to date, and used as the single source of truth for people data and HR operations
• Data-Driven HR Operations
  HR processes are measurable: key metrics are tracked, deviations are visible, and decisions are supported by data.
• Efficient Request & Support Flow
  All consultant requests (via Toucan Bot) are handled within SLA, with clear ownership and transparent status.
• Continuous Process Improvement
  HR Ops processes are regularly analyzed and improved based on data, bottlenecks, and feedback. 

Responsibilities
 

• Manage and monitor consultant requests via Toucan Bot, ensuring all requests are handled within SLA, with clear ownership, transparent status updates, and timely resolution.
• Own and execute all core HR operational processes end-to-end, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding, HR requests, trial period completion (30–60–90 plans), and compensation review cycles, ensuring on-time delivery, consistency, and proper documentation.
• Administer and maintain HRMS PeopleForce as the single source of truth for people data and HR operations, including employee records, access rights, time reports, PTO, surveys, OKRs/KPIs, and the knowledge base.
• Track and analyze HR operations metrics (SLA, cycle time, volume, trends), identify deviations and bottlenecks, and prepare structured reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Continuously analyze and improve HR Ops processes based on data, feedback, and operational risks, reducing manual work, errors, and process delays.
  Coordinate cross-functionally with HRBP, Finance, IT, and Hiring Managers to resolve dependencies, align on timelines, and deliver outcomes without siloed execution.
• Prepare structured summaries, data insights, and improvement options to support leadership, Hiring Managers, and HRBP in people-related decisions.
• Coordinate business travel and visa-related processes (including U.S. visas), managing documentation, timelines, budgets, and external providers in compliance with requirements.
• Conduct operational research and manage vendor selection and delivery for HR-related needs (services, locations, contractors, logistics), ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely execution.
• Document HR processes, rules, updates, and decisions clearly, and communicate changes in a structured and professional manner to internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 4+ years of professional experience as an HTML/Markup developer
✔️ Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
✔️ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility
✔️ Deep knowledge of CSS layout systems: Flexbox, Grid and related properties
✔️ Strong skills in CSS / JS animations
✔️ Experience with CSS Pre-Processors: Sass / Less
✔️ Understanding of page loading and rendering pipeline (rendering, repaint, reflow, composite layers, etc.)

We're looking for a talented Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Ruby to help build and maintain our suite of products, including our website, API, and extensions. In this role, you'll focus on API integrations, particularly within the airline distribution domain, developing new features, optimizing integrations, and ensuring scalable solutions.
 

What you'll do:

1. API & Airline Integration
   • Integrate third-party APIs, particularly airline APIs, ensuring seamless communication.
   • Maintain and enhance existing integrations, working with REST and SOAP services.
   • Collaborate with airline partners to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
   • Work with NDC-based airline integrations, including complex XML payloads and domain-specific business logic.
2. Feature Development
   • Design and implement new features from concept to deployment.
   • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in plain Ruby and Rails.
   • Continuously identify and implement enhancements to improve product functionality and user experience.
3. Performance, Security & Testing
   • Work with asynchronous processes and background jobs for external integrations.
   • Implement RSpec tests to maintain high code quality and reliability.
   • Ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability best practices.
   • Debug and resolve production issues in complex integrations, ensuring system stability and data consistency.
4. Collaboration and Communication
   • Demonstrate strong self-organization, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
   • Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams.
   • Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders.
      

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby 3 and Rails 7+.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and scalability considerations.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, capable of delivering complex integrations end-to-end.
• Proficiency in RSpec testing, Git, Bash, and CI pipelines.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of features and integrations from idea to production.
   

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AWS, Datadog, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with alternative Ruby frameworks such as Roda, Sinatra, or Hanami.
• Experience in the aviation industry.
