We’re looking for someone with an operator mindset — a person who understands Reddit traffic at scale, knows how to work with account farms, and treats growth like a numbers game.

What You'll Do:

— Build and manage Reddit account farms
— Research and map high-converting subreddits
— Publish and scale high-volume posting operations across multiple accounts
— Warm up accounts and build karma strategically
— Work around shadowbans and Reddit filtering systems
— Test headlines, creatives, and traffic angles
— Identify scalable posting patterns and growth opportunities
— Monitor traffic performance and optimize continuously

What We’re Looking For:

— Hands-on experience with Reddit traffic / Reddit growth
— Strong understanding of anti-detect infrastructure
— Experience with proxies, account aging, and warm-up strategies
— Understanding of shadowban mechanics and ban evasion
— Experience with automation tools, scripts, or scaling workflows
— Affiliate / arbitrage mindset
— Experience in adult, creator economy, or Fanvue/OnlyFans ecosystems is a strong plus
— Experience managing large account networks is a major advantage

Responsibilities:
 

• Analyze incoming and outgoing traffic: sources, offers, GEOs, devices, landing pages, CR/EPC/ROI.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  Identify growth opportunities, ineffective funnels, traffic leaks, and data anomalies.
• Work with BI systems (Power BI / Metabase).
• Segment and cluster partners and offers based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with affiliate managers, media buyers, and the technical team.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to visualize and interpret large volumes of data.
• Critical thinking, independence, and attention to detail.
