Job Description

We are looking for a Google Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for an in-house product.

We need a specialist who not only knows how to launch ads but also deeply understands funnels, analytics, events, and the final business result in terms of leads and loan issuances.

Key Responsibilities

— Launching and managing Google Ads campaigns;
— Working with Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App Campaigns;
— Scaling successful campaigns;
— Monitoring customer acquisition costs (CPA / CAC / CPL / CPS);
— Analyzing the full funnel: from click to lead / loan issuance;
— Identifying growth opportunities in campaigns, keywords, ads, landing pages, and events;
— Semantic management: keyword research, clustering, negative keywords, query expansion;
— Testing hypotheses, offers, landing pages, and ad funnels;
— Monitoring traffic quality and conversions;
— Setting up and validating correct event tracking in Google Ads;
— Working with analytics through GA4 / GTM / Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust;
— Daily work with performance reporting and metrics.

Requirements

— 2+ years of experience with Google Ads;
— Experience working with performance traffic;
— Mandatory experience in gray/restricted niches: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, or related verticals;
— Experience launching campaigns for leads, registrations, applications, or loan issuances;
— Strong understanding of Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, App Campaigns;
— Experience setting up analytics and event tracking;
— Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking;
— Ability to work with funnels: click → registration → application → approval → issuance;
— Understanding of CPA, CAC, CPL, CPS, CR, ROAS / ROMI;
— Ability to evaluate not only lead cost but also traffic quality;
— Self-management, structured thinking, and results orientation.

🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a powerhouse Lead Payments Manager to drive our payment expansion strategy and scale our footprint in the global iGaming market. You aren't just a high-level strategist; you are a "hands-on" executioner who deeply understands the inner plumbing of the payments industry. You will take full ownership of our payment partner ecosystem—from scouting top-tier acquirers and local payment methods (LPMs) to navigating high-risk KYC/Compliance, negotiating commercial terms, and executing seamless Go-Lives.

⚙️ Your Tasks:
 

• Researched and monitored emerging trends in the iGaming payments landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and enhance the existing payment ecosystem.
• Identified, negotiated, and established strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and banking institutions across multiple international markets.
• Led commercial negotiations and finalized partnership agreements that supported the company’s strategic growth objectives.
• Managed the full partner onboarding lifecycle, ensuring operational, technical, and compliance readiness for successful launches.
• Coordinated payment integrations by aligning internal product, technical, legal, and compliance teams with external partners, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Managed long-term partner relationships through performance monitoring, operational optimization, regular business reviews, and execution of annual KYC and compliance requirements.

👤Our criteria:
 

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Payment Partnerships, Provider Sourcing, or Payment Business Development within the Payments (PSP/Acquiring) or iGaming industry. Tier-1 company background is required;
• Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including high-risk licensing (MGA, Curaçao, Anj registers, etc.) and regional regulatory frameworks;
• Payment Expertise: Strong knowledge of card processing, Alternative Payment Methods (e.g., Pix, UPI, Open Banking, Crypto), and the end-to-end technical flow of a transaction;
• Hands-on Execution: Proven track record of "working with your hands"—you have personally sourced payment providers/acquirers, negotiated commercial terms/rates, and overseen integration pipelines;
• Compliance Savvy: Hands-on experience with high-risk payment partner onboarding, risk requirements, and AML/KYC standards;
• Partner Network: An existing network ("Rolodex") of contacts within acquirers, PSPs, EMI institutions, and local payment gateways globally (especially in emerging markets);
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages relevant to emerging markets are a plus. Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.
