    We are looking for an experienced Senior/Middle Data Scientist with a passion for Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI research. In this role, you will design and implement a state-of-the-art evaluation and benchmarking framework to measure and guide model quality, and personally train LLMs with a strong focus on Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).     - 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, preferably with a focus on NLP.
    - Proven experience in machine learning model evaluation and/or NLP benchmarking.
