    This role is focused on closing complex, non-traditional IT positions, partnering with senior hiring managers and C-level stakeholders, and building scalable recruitment processes in a fast-growing product environment.

    This is a hands-on operational role with real impact on business growth.
     

    Responsibilities

    Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Affiliate/iGaming roles

    Actively source and build relationships within SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and iGaming communities

    Close key roles including SEO Specialists, Tech SEO, Linkbuilders, PBN Specialists, Content Specialists, and similar profiles

    Partner with C-level executives and hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations

    Build and maintain strong pipelines of senior and high-level candidates

    Maintain candidate databases in ATS and analyze recruitment performance

    Coordinate interviews and ensure high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience

    Support employer branding and strengthen the company’s presence in the recruitment market

    Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows
     

    Requirements

    2+ years of experience in IT and/or Affiliate recruitment

    1+ year of experience hiring in the iGaming vertical

    Proven track record of closing SEO and Affiliate Marketing roles

    Confidence in communication with senior+ and high-level candidates

    Own candidate database and strong network in SEO / Affiliate Marketing communities

    Understanding of iGaming and Affiliate market specifics

    Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

    High level of autonomy, ownership, and result orientation
