The Role

You'll own our entire data sourcing process — finding, extracting, enriching, and delivering the data that powers our deal origination engine. You'll work heavily with Clay, APIs, web scraping, and third-party data providers to build reliable pipelines that feed our outreach and research teams.

What You'll Do

- Own the full data sourcing process — from identifying sources to delivering clean, enriched datasets to the team

- Build and maintain Clay workflows — design multi-step Clay tables that enrich, filter, and score leads at scale

- Integrate third-party APIs — connect data providers, enrichment tools, and internal systems into automated pipelines

- Build and maintain web scrapers — extract structured data from websites, directories, and public sources

- Ensure data quality — validate, deduplicate, and normalize data before it reaches outreach and research teams

- Evaluate new data sources — research and test new providers, tools, and methods to improve coverage and accuracy

- Document processes — maintain clear documentation so workflows are repeatable and not dependent on one person

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

- Strong experience with Clay (building complex tables, enrichment workflows, API integrations within Clay)

- Proficiency working with REST APIs — authenticating, paginating, transforming responses

- Web scraping experience — Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright) or similar tools

- Comfortable cleaning and transforming messy data into structured, usable formats

- Professional English — clear written communication for async collaboration

- Some availability during US Eastern Time hours (full overlap not required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Process Improvement Manager with practical experience from consumer finance companies, commercial banks, debt collection agencies, BPOs, or telecom operators. The ideal candidate has previously worked in roles such as Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or Operations Manager (junior/middle level).

This role is operational and execution-focused. You will work directly with collections and customer operations teams and with the systems that support daily operational work.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, launch, and improve operational processes with a strong focus on:
  • Customer servicing and complaint handling
  • Debt collection and recovery processes (early, late, and NPL stages)
  • Contact center operations (inbound and outbound)

• Analyze collection and contact center workflows, identifying bottlenecks affecting contact rates, productivity, recovery, and quality

• Work directly with operational systems, including:
  • CRM systems (customer profiles, cases, workflows, collection statuses)

We are seeking a skilled C++ Video Streaming Engineer to join our team and contribute to projects in the smart home security and IoT domains. You will be responsible for developing a low-latency video streaming solution that enables reliable bidirectional communication and conferencing across various network conditions.

Expanding our Video Streaming team, we are looking for a professional with strong development skills who is passionate about video streaming technologies and adept at tackling technical challenges.
 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop code in C/C++ for embedded Linux/RTOS applications, services, and drivers related to video streaming
• Design and implement complex streaming solutions for smart home security and IoT devices
• Follow Agile processes, including new feature development, product support, implementation of tests, writing technical documentation, and performing code and architecture reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages C and C++ (11)

About the project:

Responsibilities

Online Events & Webinars

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, online conferences, and virtual meetups: topic ideation, speaker management, platform setup, promotion, and follow-up
• Build and maintain an events content calendar in collaboration with product and content marketing teams
• Manage event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Hopin, StreamYard, or similar)

Requirements

Must-have:

• Solid understanding of the B2B funnel and how events and community contribute to lead generation and retention
• Data-driven mindset: able to build reports, draw conclusions, and propose improvements
• Strong communication skills — comfortable working with partners, speakers, and community members
• Excellent English;
• Experience with event and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing tools
