Our client is building a new product in the maritime intelligence space — helping governments and port authorities gain visibility into global shipping activity.
The platform analyzes vessel movements, cargo data, and risk signals to identify potential issues — including high-risk or non-compliant shipments — before they reach port.
It combines real-time data, rule-based logic, and predictive models to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
This is a new product built from scratch.
A prototype already exists, but the core architecture and product decisions are still open.
The team will work closely with senior engineering leadership based in Israel and will play a key role in shaping the product from early stage to production.

Requirements
🔹7+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience, including 2+ years of experience building agents or agentic workflows in production at scale within a distributed system architecture;
🔹Proven expertise building autonomous agentic systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents, CrewAI,
OpenClaw, or Hermes (or able to demonstrate equivalent expertise on another relevant framework);
🔹Fluent in Python or TypeScript/Go/Rust, with proficiency in transitioning to Python;
🔹Experience with Frontend stack (NextJS, React.js, or similar);
🔹A solid background with the AWS stack, including Kubernetes (K8S), Terraform (IaC), and CI/CD is essential (Helm is a strong plus);
🔹Proficient in high-scale AI-based development, utilizing tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot in a highly autonomous fashion, and are a strong, independent individual contributor;
🔹English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹Architect & Build: Design and deliver agentic workflows and scalable microservices, primarily using Python, within a distributed system architecture;
🔹AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI capabilities, including LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows into our production systems;
🔹Implement operational practices, observability, and autonomous monitors (e.g., detecting intelligence drift or hallucinations) to ensure AI reliability in production;
🔹Drive overall engineering quality and speed by implementing AI-SDLC practices, ensuring high standards through rigorous code reviews, test automation, and by establishing continuous, trace-based quality evaluation for all software and agentic components;

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales efforts and help us connect with the right clients. This is a great entry point into sales in the tech industry – you'll get hands-on experience with outreach, lead research, and client communication, working closely with our Sales Manager to keep the pipeline moving

What You'll Be Doing

• Run outreach campaigns across Email, Upwork, and LinkedIn
• Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and the Sales Manager
• Research and collect information on leads, prospects, and competitors to inform our sales strategy

What We're Looking For

• English proficiency strong enough to read and understand written content independently and communicate with clients confidently in writing
• A basic understanding of the web industry – its processes, workflows, and nuances
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in everyday work
• Curiosity, a genuine willingness to learn, and openness to picking up new tools and approaches

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or client communication
• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms 

How We Work

• Fully remote, Monday to Friday – with an office in central Kyiv available whenever you need it
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri (with up to ±1 hour flexibility, agreed with your manager)

We are looking for a data and detailed oriented Senior CRM/Retention Manager with strong ownership and independent mindset to join our growing iGaming team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ownership of end to end CRM/Retention strategy for one of our brands. Including creating/reviewing/adjusting Retention/CRM strategy, bonus policy, promo planning, managing of end to end prod launch of automated, ah-hoc and A/B test campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, retention, reactivation metrics. Works with numerous CRM/Retention tools: classic bonus system and gamification tool and taking part in developing these functionalities.

Conduct data analysing of customer base and campaigns to meet business KPIs (LTV, Bonus rate, Retention Rate, ROMi etc)

You’ll work closely with the internal CRM operational team, product, marketing, analytical, VIP  teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end CRM & Retention strategy for the brand, aligned with business KPIs (LTV, NGR, Retention Rate, Bonus Cost, ROMI)
• Define and continuously optimize player lifecycle strategies (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation
• Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks.
• Plan and execute CRM calendar (weekly / monthly / event-based: sport, seasonal, local markets)
• Manage setup process of planned and other campaigns along with Operational CRM unit (setup part should be covered by Operational team mainly close to 70%).
• Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) along with the monitor of delivery and effectiveness.
• Own communication effectiveness of automated journeys, ad-hoc campaigns, triggered campaigns.
• Design and optimize bonus policy and promotional mechanics along with controlling bonus cost efficiency and improving bonus ROI and player value.
• Build and scale automated lifecycle journeys with continuous improvement of personalization and real-time triggers
• Analyze player behavior, cohorts, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and optimize core metrics for brand: LTV/ARPU, Retention/Reactivation Rates, Bonus Rate.
• Define and execute structured A/B testing relevant for brand and business needs.
• In collaboration with the Product team define and improve CRM-related features/bonus/ engagement capabilities.
• Close cooperation with Product, Analytical, Marketing, VIP, Operational teams for executing targets and plans.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing in iGaming, sport betting.
• Proven track record of owning CRM strategy and delivering measurable impact on LTV, Retention, and NGR
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, behavioral segmentation, and retention mechanics
• Advanced analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable CRM decisions
• Experience working with key metrics: LTV/ARPU, Retention/Reactivation Rates, Bonus Rate and communication metrics - Delivery, Open, Click, Conversion rates
• Experience with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and performance reporting
• Deep understanding of bonus systems and promotional mechanics (preferably in Softswiss ecosystem)
• Ability to balance conversion vs bonus cost efficiency
• Experience working with iGaming platforms such as and with CRM platforms such as Customer.io
• Understanding of event-based architecture, triggers, and automation logic
