Progresivo is a company developing online courses and educational products for the LATAM market. We are actively scaling and looking for a Targeting Specialist to strengthen our marketing team.
 

🦾 Responsibilities:

• Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Managing paid traffic for LATAM markets
• Analyzing campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL)
• Testing creatives, audiences, and new hypotheses
• Scaling successful funnels and ad combinations
• Close collaboration with production, designers, and the marketing team
   

🚀 Requirements:

• Proven experience with Facebook / Google / TikTok Ads
• Experience working with LATAM markets
• Understanding of online courses / info products
• Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
