Ensure the reliability, security, and quality of Confidential Cloud through automated testing pipelines. Develop and maintain scalable QA automation frameworks covering APIs, UI components, and cloud infrastructure services built on OpenStack.
 

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend APIs, OpenStack integrations, and web UI (Horizon).
• Implement end-to-end testing pipelines for deployment, configuration, and runtime validation of confidential workloads.
• Integrate QA automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Define and track quality metrics, perform regression and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage across services.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and reliability testing aligned with Modelyo’s zero-trust principles.
   

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software QA with 3+ years in automation development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of API testing, REST/gRPC, and UI automation.
• Experience testing cloud platforms, ideally OpenStack, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, test data management, and defect lifecycle.
• Knowledge of security and compliance testing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; hands-on mindset.
   

Preferred

• Experience with OpenStack Horizon or cloud orchestration testing.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and containerized test environments.
• Exposure to confidential computing or secure workload validation.

We're growing fast and need a Agency Operations Manager to keep everything running at the standard our clients expect.

The Role

You will be the operational backbone of the agency, owning client delivery workflows, keeping projects on track, and ensuring our team of senior specialists has everything they need to execute without friction. This is a high-accountability role with direct visibility into every client relationship.

What You'll Own

• Manage client onboarding from contract signing to campaign go-live coordinating across strategy, PPC, creative, and CRO teams
• Own the agency's project management system (tasks, deadlines, accountability) across all active client accounts
• Run weekly internal delivery reviews to catch bottlenecks before clients notice them
• Prepare and quality-check client-facing deliverables: reports, strategy decks, content briefs, and monthly reviews
• Coordinate with copywriters, media buyers, and Amazon specialists to ensure timely, on-brief execution
• Maintain and improve SOPs and workflow documentation as the agency scales
• Support the leadership team on special projects, new client launches, and strategic initiatives
• Track project health metrics and flag risks early — you're the early warning system

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiable:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing agency, ecommerce, or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball
• Strong written English — you'll be communicating directly with clients and preparing polished deliverables
• Mastery of at least one project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
• Comfortable working across time zones with a remote-first team

Strongly preferred:

• Background in ecommerce, Amazon, or performance marketing — you should be able to hold a credible conversation about PPC, TACoS, and conversion rate optimization
• Experience managing agency-client relationships and delivering results against SLAs
• Process-builder mindset — you don't just manage existing systems, you improve them
