The Role

You'll own features end-to-end - from spec to deployment - on live products. No micromanagement, no hand-holding. Junior or middle, doesn't matter - what matters is that you ship.
 

Stack

Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React/JS, Sidekiq/Redis, Docker/CI-CD
 

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Ship working, tested, documented features - not just code
• Push through blockers instead of waiting to be unblocked
• Take feedback without drama and show improvement
• Navigate ambiguity and default to action

Requirements

• Ruby on Rails experience with at least 1 commercial project
• Basic PostgreSQL knowledge
• English Intermediate+ (specs and reviews are in English)

Nice to Have

• Wix App Market experience
• React / Sidekiq background
• SaaS product experience
