What you’ll own
• Steward the full sales function — strategy, process, people, and performance
• Oversee and refine an existing sales engine across outbound, inbound, and partnership-led channels
• Build and optimize a clear, data-driven sales funnel with tracked conversions at every stage
• Audit and improve existing sales infrastructure: CRM, reporting, call quality, onboarding, and incentives
• Manage a growing team of 6 (1 team lead, 4 reps, 1 BD — expanding for more) and introduce performance systems to boost clarity and outcomes
• Conduct funnel diagnostics, define KPI baselines, and build dashboards to scale what works
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Founder, C-level, Marketing & Ops to align GTM strategy and execution
What we’re looking for
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales leadership in crypto, market making, DeFi, trading platforms, or similar tech infrastructure
• Proven experience building structured sales processes in high-variance, fast-paced markets
• Strong grasp of conversion metrics, pipeline analysis, and sales psychology
• Strategic and hands-on — you can think like a VP, but execute like a founder
• Bonus: experience in cross-cultural sales (understanding how cultural and psychographic factors affect sales outcomes)
