We’re currently looking for an experienced  Media Platform Partner Manager to strengthen and diversify our business relationships with our partners. The primary goal of this role is to establish and maintain partnerships with media platforms to promote Point2web products and services.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Partner Manager, specializing in developing and managing relationships with various Social media platforms
• Demonstrated ability to establish cost-effective and direct relationships with diverse traffic sources
• Proficiency in understanding the technical aspects of campaign setups and tracking mechanisms on multiple media platforms
• Capability to provide comprehensive reporting to international partners, ensuring transparency and accountability in communication
• Experience in effectively managing internal communication across involved departments to scale efforts aimed at boosting revenue on social media
• Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Products, analytical tools, and the ability to navigate and use other web-based systems as necessary.

• Develop and implement strategic work plans for collaborating with social media platforms within the company's portfolio ( TikTok, Snapchat, Newsbreak, Smartnews) 
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels, conducting regular online and offline meetings with partners to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships
• Oversee and ensure the performance and profitability of activities conducted on social media platforms
• Provide guidance and assistance to internal teams in effectively cross-selling social media platforms to both existing and prospective clients
• Offer support and direction to the Compliance team to facilitate productive collaboration with partners, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies
• Liaise with the finance team to guarantee the availability of necessary funds in partners' accounts for seamless operations
• Foster communication with the creative team to attain Platform Partner status, enhancing collaborative opportunities
• Innovate and refine internal processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Delegate tasks on a daily basis and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion
• Achieve assigned tasks and KPIs to drive success and meet organizational objectives.

Your area of Impact:

• Own purchase conversion across web funnels and be accountable for CR growth.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end: hypothesis → launch → analysis → rollout.
• Optimize web funnels end-to-end: LP → quiz → paywall → purchase.
• Prioritize experimentation hypotheses based on data, user behavior, and previous test results.
• Analyze competitor pricing, paywall logic, and offers as a source of experimentation ideas.
• Use key product metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV) as the foundation for decision-making and experiment evaluation.
• Scale winning experiments across products and funnels.
• Work closely with the CEO and Head of Product to iterate on experimentation strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and analysts to implement and ship experiments.

What do you need to join us:

• 3+ years of experience in growth / CRO / product-oriented marketing within B2C subscription products.
• Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing: hypothesis design, experiment setup, analysis, and decision-making.
• Proven experience improving purchase conversion within web funnels.
• Practical experience working with landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, and checkout flows.
• Strong understanding of product metrics such as CR, ARPU, and LTV, and how to use them to evaluate experiments.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or similar.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Health & Fitness or Wellness products.
• Successful scaling A/B tests across multiple products or funnels.
• Experience using competitive research tools such as SimilarWeb, SensorTower, Ads Library.

SMM Manager (Content Strategy & Employer Brand)

 Ця роль передбачає формування контент-стратегії, створення контент-плану та координацію процесу виробництва контенту разом із внутрішнім продакшеном.

Основне завдання ролі — зробити соціальні мережі компанії системним та ефективним каналом комунікації бренду роботодавця.

Зони відповідальності

• Розробка контент-стратегії для соціальних мереж бренду роботодавця .

• Формування контент-плану для LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram , а також підготовка до розвитку TikTok .
 • Розробка ідей для контенту та форматів комунікації.
 • Підготовка текстів для постів та інших форматів контенту.
 • Постановка ТЗ для дизайнерів, операторів та відеомонтажерів .
 • Координація створення контенту разом із внутрішнім продакшеном.
 • Публікація контенту відповідно до контент-плану.
 • Аналіз ефективності контенту та оптимізація SMM-підходів.
 • Відстеження трендів соціальних мереж та адаптація їх до бренду компанії.

Ми очікуємо

• Досвід роботи в SMM від 2–3 років .

• Create and structure tasks in a Task Tracker system;
• Monitor the accuracy of task statuses, deadlines, and priorities;
• Identify and escalate blockers to the PM;
