We’re looking for a senior software engineer with SRE experience to join our core team and work on complex technical challenges. 

Our client is a well-funded, fast-growing startup ($7M raised in seed) building a global equity management and compliance platform. Their solution enables dozens of customers to effectively manage their equity compensation plans, ensuring compliance with each country’s laws and regulations, and optimizing the tax treatment of employees' equity.

In this role, you’ll work with a top-tier engineering team (ex-Google, ex-Meta) on a wide range of tasks: from streamlining the development experience to optimizing the application's performance and enhancing the testing infrastructure (among other things). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly navigate their way around new tech stacks and engineering problems. 

Required skill-set & experience

• At least 5+ years of production experience with Node.js/Nest.js and TypeScript
• Solid experience with distributed databases, queues and other data structures 
• Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL DBs (Mongo, Redis)
• Experience with ORMs (preferably Prisma) 
• Experience with containers and their orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Run) 
• Experience with monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus) 
• Good grasp of core computer science algorithms, data structures, their applications and tradeoffs
• Passion for debugging deep issues across stacks and networks
• Upper-intermediate+ level of English

About the position

As a Technical Leader you will be the link between the Project Manager and the development team in Ukraine. While the project managers ensures that the project is running according to schedule and is following our internal gate-model, you will be responsible for ensuring that the optimal technical decisions are made in each project and for facilitating the work of the developers so they are kept on track and motivated in their work. About the role:

Unite Cloud is a cloud-native platform, fully built, deployed, and operated in Microsoft Azure.
Cloud is not an extension of the system — it is the core and only runtime environment for all services.

Our client we’re seeking a skilled Data Engineer / Software Developer with deep experience in building, maintaining and optimizing reproducible data processing pipelines for large-scale scientific data (bioinformatics, genomics, proteomics, or related domains). About the Role

We’re seeking a  Business Analyst to ensure flawless delivery of features to our customers. You’ll work hands-on with development teams to execute the product roadmap defined by our CPO, maintain high quality standards, track team performance metrics, and ensure releases happen on schedule without delays.
