THE ROLE
 

This is not a traditional creative role focused on aesthetics or brand alone.
 

You will own the full creative loop end-to-end: research → concepts → hooks → briefs → production feedback → launch learnings → iteration. We need someone who thinks in performance, moves fast, and can build a high-velocity paid social creative engine designed for modern Meta advertising.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
 

Creative Strategy & Concept Development 
Develop high-performing creative strategy for Meta Ads across multiple angles and formats. Generate 20+ net-new base concepts weekly and maintain enough concept diversity to support modern Meta advertising systems.
 

Performance Feedback Loop
Read Meta Ads Manager natively. Identify winning hooks, scalable concepts, fatigue signals, and visual patterns. Track CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS — and translate insights directly into next-week creative direction.
 

Briefing & Production Coordination 
Write clear, execution-ready briefs for designers, video editors, UGC talent, AI creators, and external agencies. Coordinate production timelines, feedback loops, reviews, and asset delivery.
 

Research & Trend Intelligence 
Continuously monitor Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, competitor brands, and top supplement advertisers. Stay ahead of emerging formats, viral hooks, and consumer psychology shifts. Work with tools such as Motion, Foreplay, Notion, or Figma.
 

Compliance 
Understand the compliance realities of US supplement advertising — structure/function claims, Meta health policies, FTC-sensitive language, before/after restrictions, and testimonial compliance.

Project description:

Currently, we are building multiple different platforms for dispatch, billing and cashiering that seamlessly connect multiple transportation fleets with clients, and these platforms frequently communicate with each other. The current position is for one of the projects, which is a multi-component transportation platform designed to optimize mobility experiences for both riders and drivers, while enabling centralized control for operational teams. It consists of three key components:

Content Operations System

• Build workflows, editorial processes, approval flows, and production pipelines

• Ensure content moves from idea → production → publishing without bottlenecks

   

Team Building

Hire and manage:

• SMM specialists
• Video editors
• Short-form producers
• Ghostwriters
• Designers
• Community managers

• SEO/content writers

   

Decide what should be in-house, freelance, or agency-based.

Channel & Growth Operations

• Propose channel strategy and KPIs together with the CMO
• Coordinate multi-platform growth operations

• Manage both brand-facing and performance-driven distribution systems

   

Reporting & Analytics

• Build weekly reporting dashboards
• Define leading and lagging KPIs

• Track operational performance and content efficiency

   

Founder Content Scaling

• Turn limited founder time into scalable content output

• Build batching, ghostwriting, and production systems

About the Role

We are looking for a Middle+/Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in modern C++ development and experience working in Linux-based environments.

The ideal candidate has solid backend engineering experience, is comfortable working independently, and can actively contribute to the team in a production environment.

• Good knowledge of Python
