Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sound Designer, preferably in the iGaming, casino, or slot games industry.
• Proficient in one or more major DAWs (Reaper, Ableton, FL Studio, Pro Tools, etc.).
• Strong understanding of sound design principles and audio integration in games.
• Skilled in working with audio libraries and creating custom SFX.
• Availability of a portfolio 
• Willingness to complete a small test task

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and integrate sound effects (SFX) for slot games, bonus rounds and in-game events.
• Develop and maintain scalable audio pipelines and internal workflows.
• Select, adapt, and process sounds from libraries or design original audio content from scratch.
• Optimize audio files for performance across various platforms (iOS, Android, WebGL, HTML5).
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure seamless and impactful audio integration.

Tasks we expect you to fulfill:

• Build a BigQuery data warehouse for a global e-commerce brand unifying Shopify, Amazon, and ad platforms data
• Design an ETL pipeline pulling daily data from GA4, Meta Ads, and HubSpot into Microsoft Fabric for a B2B agency
• Set up automated data quality monitoring for a marketing agency processing 50+ client data feeds
   

What you will do:

• Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines from business APIs (Shopify, Amazon, GA4, ads platforms, CRMs, accounting tools)
• Design data models in BigQuery
• Set up scheduled data refreshes, error logging, and pipeline monitoring
• Run data quality checks: duplicates, missing values, broken joins, mismatched totals
• Document tables, fields, formulas, and assumptions clearly
• Collaborate with BI developers to prepare data for Power BI and Looker Studio

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL for data transformation, validation, and reporting logic
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery
• Building ETL / ELT pipelines from raw, messy business data

Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Data Analyst / FP&A Business Partner who will help us understand where the business makes money, where profit is lost, and which decisions can improve margins, cash flow, and overall performance. You will work closely with founders, finance, product, operations, and business teams to turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations. This role exists to help leadership make faster, better decisions based on real business numbers.

 

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and improve executive dashboards that show revenue, profit, margins, COGS, OpEx, refunds, payouts, cash flow, and key business metrics
• Analyze profitability across products, customers, providers, geographies, channels, lead sources, and operational workflows
• Create P&L analysis, gross margin analysis, contribution margin analysis, unit economics models, forecasts, and scenario analysis
• Identify cost leaks, overspending, inefficient vendors, payment issues, margin risks, and other areas where the business can improve profit
• Partner with finance, accounting, product, operations, sales, and marketing teams to connect business activity with financial outcomes
• Reconcile business data with invoices, payouts, payment systems, taxes, accounting records, and financial reports
• Present clear recommendations to founders and senior leadership on pricing, cost optimization, product profitability, hiring, and growth decisions

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 6-8+ years of experience in financial analytics, FP&A, data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role
• Strong experience with financial modeling, P&L analysis, unit economics, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Expert-level SQL and strong hands-on experience with BigQuery
• Strong experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial modeling, reporting, and scenario analysis
• Good understanding of accounting basics, financial statements, revenue, COGS, OpEx, gross margin, contribution margin, and cash flow
• Clear communication in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain financial insights to founders, business teams, and non-finance stakeholders

We specialize in building a creatine brand and developing vitamins and dietary supplements.We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn performance data into insights, insights into hypotheses, and hypotheses into scalable creative concepts that reduce CAC and drive revenue growth.

This role owns creative performance at the concept level: what we test, why we test it, and how winning ideas can be scaled across Meta and TikTok.

Creative Strategy & Performance

• Develop creative strategies for Meta and TikTok.
• Own creative concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging.
• Connect creative strategy with business goals, CAC, funnel stage, and growth priorities.
• Track and interpret key metrics: CAC, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, CPA, fatigue, and scalability.

Insights & Testing

• Translate media buying data into clear creative direction.
• Identify why creatives work or fail.
• Build and manage a creative testing roadmap.

Concepts & Messaging

• Build scalable concepts, not one-off videos.

Production & Collaboration

• Editing videos.

• Judging creatives only by aesthetics.
