We are looking for an HR Administrator with a passion for people operations and a strong ability to manage HR processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Managing HR documentation in information systems such as HiBob/1C ZUP (processing hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, etc.).
- Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data in the HiBob system.
- Working with accounting systems 1C and 1C ZUP. Inputting and updating employee information.
- Generate HR documents in 1C ZUP. Participating in the development and implementation of HR procedures and policies.
Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Proficiency in working with 1C and 1C ZUP (mandatory).
- Paying high attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork abilities.
- At least an Intermediate level of English
Native Ukrainian is required
Nice to have:
Experience with HR management systems (HiBob is a plus) and strong knowledge of Excel

What you’ll do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles in Buying Agency (Buyers, Tech, Fin, Designers and etc);
- Proactively source candidates via Telegram channels, job platforms, LinkedIn and your own network;
- Work closely with external recruitment partners to accelerate and optimize the hiring process;
- Collaborate closely with team leads to define hiring needs and candidate profile;Ensure a fast and smooth hiring process with a strong candidate experience;
- Take responsibility for managing candidate transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding and team integration;
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor hiring activity.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience hiring for a media buying / arbitrage team, preferably within the gambling vertical;
- Recent in-house experience working within a media buying or arbitrage team is strongly preferred;
- Successfully closed 3–5 Media Buyer roles over the past 3–4 months;
- Solid understanding of arbitrage — you can quickly assess which candidates bring value and which just burn budgets;
- Has a personal network of media buyers and stays in regular contact with them;
- Actively uses Telegram for sourcing, and knows which channels actually bring strong leads;
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
