About the Role

About the Role

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on media buying with direct ownership of spend and profitability — not agency reporting or campaign assistance
• Big-budget experience: at least $100,000/month in ad spend you personally managed, sustained over time rather than in one spike
• Financial publishing experience preferred; health direct response is the closest adjacent background
• If not financial publishing, a track record across at least three distinct verticals (auto and home a strong plus) — a career inside a single niche is a mismatch here
• Deep Meta expertise: account structure, testing frameworks, creative volume, scaling mechanics, and account health at high daily spend

We need someone who can identify what hurts most and fix it without a step-by-step spec.

What you'll do

— Technical audits of large sites. Crawling, indexing, rendering, crawl budget. Finding bottlenecks in complex structures where the problem isn't visible from any interface.

— Rendering and migrations. Diagnosing CSR / SSR / partial SSR, planning and running migrations, verifying what the bot actually receives rather than what the browser shows. Working with hydration, prerendering and caching at scale.
